Good remote

Dont do it

Finally gave out and had to get another one. This one is very frustrating to say the least. It constantly restarts and requies me to go through the set up procedure quite often. Batteries dont last long. Would not recommend.

Very complicated & time consuming

I think the batteries that came with it were no longer effective, so putting my own batteries in it helped, but it still took a while to get it set up AND working. Tonight will be the first night we use it, so we shall see how it goes. I would not buy this again.

Small buttons

While trying to program remote the App shut down.

I shut the whole thing down and returned the remote to BB. If they can't get the app. to work I have no confidence in the device nor the company. My hope was to simplify my life not further complicate it.
