Won't control older devices (pre 2016)

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The quality was good, the functionality was not. two of my components were not able to be picked up by the remote. It seem to be a common issue with soundbars and some streaming boxes. I could recommend this for newer components (2016 and newer). It had no problem connecting or controlling newer components.

Not a great match for Samsung tvs

Not so easy

Terrible universal remote

Having to use the 4-button digital display to control separate devices (turn on/off/switch input) is very cumbersome, which is why they probably developed the "Actions" concept, which works like this: - You program a button perform the action "play video games" to tell the system to switch TV input to the one connected to a video game console, audio input to play output thru your soundbar, and your soundbar to switch to the input corresponding to the TV - This works well, until one day you use your phone to connect to the soundbar thru bluetooth to play music. Now the remote will not be able to know the soundbar is in bluetooth mode, it will think it's in the mode it was last set in, and everything will go out of order. - If you plan on using ONLY THIS REMOTE to control your system, this is great (and you plan on throwing away all other remotes). If you want the flexibility, don't bother.

They automatically set new appointments for 9 days later. Appoint window from 7 am to 1pm.. Called the tech who had called me the day before and was informed he was on a bigger job .. Now confidence. Now I have another 4-hour window. I forgot I am paying for service .. ...also asking how the "Whote Gove Service is going " ... Joke on me 25 points for review

Not very happy
