    The remote and concept is great. The remote does reboot into factory settings very often on its own. The older model I have has been great for years. I will not buy Logitech anymore. Every time it resets you have to go through a series of learning steps.

    A good price for a comprehensive remote, but when I turn on my system, the TV turns on and then off within 5 seconds. The remote offers to fix the problem and attempts to, but the problem doesn't resolve. No doubt one of the remote's settings is wrong, but I can't find how to correct it!

    It has great potential. Easy to set up and is able to connect with all systems. The fast forward won't stop until I'm about 6 inches from receiver. And a couple of the numbers have to be pressed several times in order to change the channel. Very frustrating. I'm sorry I bought this. Will be looking for a new remote.

    this is not a good product for older adults. your best buy salesman sold me this for 100.00 dollars plus 100.00 dollars to come to my house to install. the screen and the activation button seem to always do different things and always ends up as NO SIGNAL. YOUR INSTALLER CAME TO MY HOUSE TWICE,BUT STILL DID NOT FIX PROBLEM.i have now uninstalled this from my computer ,taken the batteries out of remote and gone back to original remote. end of story i am out 200.00 dollars
