Viewing screen and all buttons are too small, devices disconnect constantly

Did not use as it came with the disc player that I returned but I hear it's a very good remote

My wife hated it to the point of my having to return it. I have had a Harmony Remote for the better part of almost 15 years and have loved them. This remote is very slow in its response which drove her crazy. I actually went on Amazon and found a refurb'd Harmony One & all is now well with the world.

need to play with it a bit more. setting up is not that easy like i thought it would be.

This remote is not ready out of the box. It will take 2 hours to configure. First, you must create an account with Logitech. Provide completely unnecessary information about your life so they can track and sell that data later. Next, you will need exact model numbers of your devices. Then painfully enter in this data one device at a time. The software will crash / stop responding at least twice prior to adding the device to your account. Next, plug the remote into the USB and synchronize with your account. This will not be successful the first or second time. If you wish to make changes, start process over again. It will take 30 minutes per device. Finally, it will offer "help" every time you pick up the remote rendering your four favorite buttons worthless until you cancel out of the help feature.

Return did not work for me hard to use should make it easy to use

This is too buggy. Need to use the help button too often to reset.

I tried several times to set this up for 4 different devices. I sold it to my daughter.

I bought this universal remote because the television remote got lost while moving. I bought this remote because of all the great reviews by tech experts. This remote is one of the worst products I ever bought, It's a pain to set up. My cousin who is a tech expert and works for Best Buy had to remotely access my laptop to help me since Logitech has no user's manual and it's impossible to get through to the customer service. The remote still doesn't have all the functions for my cable remote because it doesn't synch properly. I constantly have to go through the "Help" button on the remote to turn on my television and cable box. The only reason I haven't returned it is that my cousin said I would have to go to an actual Best Buy to return the product. I suggest people buy a cheaper universal remote.

It connects good with TV’s and Blue Ray , but will get difficult in some menu functions
