Disappointing.

Appear to be the same model just newer and while it’s much the same the “signal” is much weaker. The tv had no issues with the previous remote. However, with this one button pushed don’t register more often than they do. Frustrating.

No Longer Supported - Cannot Program

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Logitech has gone the way of most tech companies in no longer developing/supporting apps for computers (neither MacOS nor Windows); instead, they're forcing everyone to program complex tasks on tiny, little mobile device screens using their iOS and Android apps. I bought this in late November. It's always been a struggle to get it to sync, but now, it has stopped syncing entirely. It's not recognized by the Harmony app on my iMac nor my work PC laptop. It's literally worthless; you cannot program it. I don't even know why Best Buy is selling a product that cannot perform the function it purports to.

Nice remote but very complicated

Very Unhappy with Geek Squad

It's been weeks since it arrived and the scheduled installation was so late I had to cancel. (It was New Year's Eve!) No calls to reschedule. My whole experience with Geeks Squad has been very disappointing and has been going on since early October. They are very good at selling thousands of dollars of equipment but take forever to get work done. I could go on...

Probably a Great Remote - Just Not For Me

Probably a great remote but could not get it to connect to Apple TV and the process of getting it connected and programmed was far too difficult for me.
