    Pretty involved set up. Constantly having to troubleshoot different components. Turns appropriate components on sometimes, but not always. It’s fine if you don’t mind messing with it, but you could never just hand it to a guest and say “here you go”.

    Having previously purchased the Harmony companion with hub for our family room, I bought this for the bedroom. I find it quite inferior in comparison and wish I had spent the extra money and got the same as the family room. Complex set up. Manufacturer instructions are almost non-existent.

    Best Buy employee said this was an EASY one to program .... Have tried for a few days now and the unit is still not working with my TV and soundbar - have replaced the batteries to see if that would work at no luck..... guessing I'm not computer savy after all
