Too complicated

Too complicated to just do a couple operations on my tv with sound bar and Roku. When I found out that Roku came out with a remote doing about everything I took this remote back. Might be good if you need to operate many systems from one remote.

Not for the Average Consumer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unless you have the time and hours to set this up this remote is not for the average consumer, at first I thought it would be a great idea to consolidate all of my remote, but after a while working on it getting the remote set up I ended up returning it.

Waste of time AND money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Remote feels good, buttons are smooth. I was going to replace a worn out Harmony 660. The problem is that the new software that Logitech forces you to use is complete garbage. The remote drivers install but the remote isn't recognized in the software and therefore can't/won't sync. I'm returning it and will suffer through a multi-remote hellscape once again. The troubleshooting options on the website solved nothing. Tried multiple PCs, multiple USB cables, remote safemode, rebooting the PC, uninstall/reinstall of the drivers, and the problem persists. What a colossal waste of my time trying to get this remote to sync.

So far not good

Remote constantly resets itself, probably 3-4 times a day. Changed batteries almost 4 times already and still same issue. Just threw it out and went back to my Samsung remote. Not happy!!

Something wrong with this remote

Has a help function on remote to sort out sequencing. Have to use it 50 % of time to make it work . Have had Greek out twice with little improvement. Something wrong w this remote

Not great if you have a direct tv dvr box

The initial set up was pretty easy, I was able to immediately add my TV and Direct DVR. The remote will easily turn on the direct dvr, but when you go to pull up the menu or change the channel you have to wait about 10 to 20 minutes for those buttons to start working. I called the help desk, very nice person, but could not offer any real support or assistance with the issue. They advised for me to move my direct box and or to contact my cable company because you have to use the IR setting in order for the remote to work and he advised it was because of the IR and the box. Just going to go back to my old remote. I will try to use it for my other devices as it is to late for me to return it.

Disappointed

Device required management of the devices intended to be directed by it from a computer app which was not at all intuitive. Very disappointed by the bestbuy staff and the device. Returned it.

Has same problems as the replaced one

Sometimes it won't change channels. Sometimes it won't change the volume. Sometimes the remote will not turn the TV off. Is this a flawed type of remote? Must we spend more to get a reliable remote?

I have a doctorate, and that's the best way I can describe it. I have been down with bronchitis for the past 3 weeks, which is the ONLY reason I have not returned it. I tried to call the Geek squad to get help in how this thing works, but I'm not a member. It took me almost a week to get in touch with someone at LG who could help, only to be told that this high tech remote has to be operated through my computer! This is something that should be on the cover so buyer know BEFORE they buy. Absolutely NOT A FAN! As soon as my lungs will let me brave the autumn weather, I will be returning it to the store.

Do not buy

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This remote constantly prompts you to the turn off assistant, while you’re using the remote to change channels on the tv or cycling through the menu on my Roku ultra. The remote doesn’t work with my roku streaming stick. You have to use your laptop or computer to program the remote. Also it go through batteries like nothing I’m changing out Duracell batteries every 2 weeks. If that’s the case the remote should be recharged via usb. Overall a piece of junk.
