    Had a Harmony Remote for 12 years and it worked perfectly. Have had the new one for five months and it is completely messed up. Doesn't work correctly anymore. Waste of money. Bought Best Buy Total Tech protection and they want $50 to fix it. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

    When agents came to install they told me that these remotes are no longer supported by Logitech so they are going to be outdated soon. The remote gave me more problems than it solved. Am going to return.

    Usually love Logitech products, and I won't deny this remote has a nice design, but... I brought it home a little in shock that I spent $50 for a remote, but thought I'd make the best of it and get everything working together. For such a price they could have included Wifi and Bluetooth capabilities. Can't control Amazon Fire Stick with it... Also, it has a terrible problem with usually not turning the TV on at the first try, and when it does, it never changes inputs. It needs a better delay between commands, or have the smarts to adjust that delay when I press the "Help" button to "fix" the issue and it retries turning the TV on/changing the input. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it. I hope Logitech works on creating better affordable remotes.

    I had high hopes for this remote. But after trying to live with it for 6 months, it is nothing but frustrating. It often doesn't turn the right devices on or off, meaning we have to constantly click the "help" button to cycle through the troubleshooting menus. But worst of all, it constantly seems to forget what it is set to. We'll be watching something, and try to change the volume or channel, but it simply won't register, as if it thinks the tv and everything is off. So you have to turn everything off and turn it all back on again to simply get the remote to change the volume or channel. I can't live with this anymore. I'm ordering something new.

    I’ve had a few of these remotes. It may be the integration with my current equipment, but this one isn’t doing what I want. It forgets devices. Sometimes it will turn on on or two things, but not the whole system. Should have just stuck with the universal remote that came from my provider

    The set up was fine, it works great, but it devours batteries. I finally started using rechargeable batteries, which helped. Still have to replace once a week with recharged set.

      Hello CountryGal! I'm sorry to hear about your battery issue with the 665 remote. The battery life in the Harmony remote will vary depending on usage. As your Harmony replaces all of the remotes in your home entertainment center, it is doing the work of multiple remotes which can drain batteries at a faster rate than a single device remote. We definitely recommend using rechargeable batteries, so that was a good call! Thank you so much for this feedback and I will be passing this along!     Not a great tool and difficult to set up. It is complicated to assign tasks to the different buttons and some buttons I'm used to seeing on the simpler model aren't there. I tried this one 10 years ago and didn't like it then. I went back to the simpler model.

    It was very hard to set up, it doesn't work like I would want it too. (not have to use the other remotes) Its just easier to use the ones that came with the equipment I have. It came free with my new TV. If I had bought it, I would be returning it.

    Overall rating not sure yet. Have not unpacked it yet. I ask rep in store to assist and he did very well. I got home and looked to see if this product would work with my Projector (will find out tomorrow). But the problem is the PRICE 99.99 at Best Buy but Logitech on their site cost 69.99 That is a 30% markup. That is a major problem. I have contacted Best Buy and they are off duty (7pm PST). I will try them tomorrow. Will let everyone know the outcome.
