This control would not work for my situation. I returned to store.

It seemed super easy to install and get the correct features we wanted set up but when it came time to use the remote it didn’t work out how it should have. When we pressed one button that was programmed one way it didn’t turn on what we had originally had it set up to do.

All my equipment (4 units), except my TV is in wall unit. Getting the model # for each unit is bad enough. But then tracing the wires to and from my receiver is a nightmare. I didn't realize I only had 15 days to return it, so now I'm stuck with it.

I expected to have an easy time not only programming the remote but using it. That wasn't the case. I wouldnt get this remote for anyone who is technologically challenged. You have to look down at the romote so much it defeats the purpose.

I seem to have to change the batteries to frequently in this TV remote. Also periodically the Soundbar turns off by itself. then you have to play with the remote again to get the Soundbar back on.

Great bit of discontinued tech but way over priced. Wouldn’t have bought this at the price if I wasn’t replacing another that had failed. The reprogramming online was the clincher.

You have to program it with a computer, and you may be thinking "oh cool, I can do that." So did I, until I had to. To use this remote, you have to look at the back of your TV and count how many recepticals there are, then you have to enter every name of every outlet in the order they appear on the TV, THEN you have to assign every button on the remote a function that corresponds with with a label on the screen. If this doesn't work, and it didn't, you can put the tips of your old remote and new remote together to "LEARN", this too didn't work. I really wish I had better things to say about this remote, I then returned the remote to Best Buy where I picked up another remote that worked immediately.

After lengthy programming via the software the activities I programmed would never select the correct inputs for the sounder. The remote program would skip past the ones I preprogrammed in. Tried to hack it but no luck. Returned.

this is first time i have had this much trouble using this harmony 665 remote. the geek squad has been out twice after original remote programing chargei . i paid them to do the job as i wanted it done correctly.i never tried to reprogram it as then there would be another charge to reprogram it.it would worked fine at times and,i was shown it worked with all my devices before the geek squad left . this is surely not user friendly.i kept it over the 30 day return period to give them a fair chance to correct this matter. so now my 30 days are up,i'm so sick of this experience, i just purchased a more expensive one harmony companion and echo dot .at a total cost of $368.46 to program an install this 4-18-18.,i hope this experience is better.

I’ve owned several Harmony remotes over the years. I purchase two on this order, they both stopped working after a year. The others I purchased 8-10 years ago lasted 7-8 years. They don’t build them like they use to.

This thing does everything, but wow...it has way too many options and way too complicated for basic users. If you have a complex, full blown entertainment system...this is for you. But if your just trying to consolidate a couple of remotes...don't buy it.

I was sold this by n in-house consultant, who knew I have extremely poor vision. You would need to be nan eagle to see the markings and controls. don't they make a unit suitable for the vision impaired?

Wanted a single remote for my new theater system. This remote works great but for whatever reason it has to be reset constantly. Seems like it forgets what it's doing and when it is working the response time is super slow. Need the Geek Squad to fix it.

We had the Geek Squad come set it up and it doesn’t turn our TV and sound system on in one step. There is always something we have to do separately or with the help button. Not sure if the problem is the remote or set up.

This is just a universal remote. Don't waste your $49.

Good for small systems, kind of confusing for large.

This remote was especially difficult to program because Logitech did not include updated information in the package. I finally figured it out but then determined it took too long (too many keystrokes) to go change/operate different devices.
