    totally useless. Just sitting on thw shelf gathering dust. I tried everything, follow all instructions provided, I even watch all youtube videos on how to install/update from Logitech download website but without much luck. It just stucked at installation process and not able to complete. I can’t return it anymore because it’s already over the number of days return policy. I would not recommend it but if you do decide to buy one, try to install immediately so you’ll find out sooner if it works for you or not and you’ll have time to return it.

    Terrible Product, Don't Buy!!!!

    I've had a 'Logitech' Universal Remote before; years ago! It was fabulous! This particular remote, after about almost 4 hours of trying to over and over program it and make it "sync".... ended up in the trash. Terrible product!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I am "tech savvy" and I could NOT figure this remote out! Just terrible!!!!! I was going to write 'Logitech' themselves and let them know about this horrible product but I did not want to waste any more of my precious time!

    Hard to set up and does not keep it settings

    Very expensive for what you get. Hard to set up and should be easier. With some of the new voice activated all in one remotes this is obsolete. Would not have bought it but recommended by technician who was setting up theater.

    Returned Remote - Made my life worse using it

    I ended up returning this remote for the following reasons - 1) it would not let me program keys to assign the button for the spectrum dvr menu. I would program it but it would not take even after synching 2) the preassigned "watch" button to turn on tv/cable box/receiver would not work and it every time it asked me to hit the help button, which was annoying just to turn on the system. My other gripe was the backlight was too dim and not adjustable. Bottom line, the spectrum remote worked better so I am sticking with it, even though I have 2 other remotes for the dvd and receiver it was still easier than this universal remote.

    Pasted across the front screen when you but this is a notice "Use Voice Control" which I am very used to do with Comcast. BUT, it does not have voice control. I wish I had not bought it.

    Only works 50% of the time. Rest of time, using Sony TV remote to operate the On/Off of the TV. Can't say when it doesn't cooperate. It just has a mind of it's own. Geek Squad coming tomorrow to try and figure it out for me.

    The remote keeps insisting on going through a series of "Press this button" menu items prior to being able to actually use the remote even after owning it for MONTHS...then half the time once you suffer through this garbage menu, it reboots itself and insists you go through pressing like 10 buttons ALL OVER AGAIN. I will place this under my truck tires in the morning and do what i should have done to this garbage months ago!

    Not what I wanted

    Far too complex. It was easier using the two remotes that this now substitutes for. The only way I can get the tv to work is to go through the Help button. And to get to Netflix or Amazon is not intuitive, you have to press a star button so if you’re lucky a little screen shows options and then select from that. Or if that doesn’t work, press the help button and cross your fingers. I have add AC looking for easier, not more complex.

    Great remote, poor programming support

    Great remote, finally, after hours of trying to get it programmed, it works and does mostly what I need it to but not entirely the way I would like to have it. Very poor programming support.

    Convenient but could be better

    The layout of the remote is not great and the keys are quite small. The voice command is not available. Convenient to have one universal remote but it could be better designed.

    The "OK" button is too small for human fingers and is surrounded by up, down, and sideways arrows, so that the TV is constantly going to the wrong place.

    This remote requires you to download software, create an account, log-in, etc. in order to set it up to work with our equipment. We don't own a computer, so now we have this expensive paper-weight. It's a great paper-weight. I have no idea if it's a great remote. My husband brought it back into the store to have them do the "computer" part of the set-up process, and they said they would have to come to the house and charge us a set-up fee. You really should let people know that before they purchase.

    This was my second remote and had issues with both. Will not try a third one. Had the last one about a year but both had same issue. Both had issues with having to reboot it Everytime I tried to turn on TV.

    Farily east to set up, but very difficult to operate. This was a replacement for a tv remote and it is very challenging to use to move between tv, roku and other media types.

    Too difficult to operate and doesn't work consistently. Constantly have to push keys several times to operate. Sometimes I have to turn the remote off and start over.

    Doesn't work well with Apple TV

    This is the first piece of gear I have not been happy with from Best Buy. I have had multiple issues trying to get it to work with my Apple TV, support is not very good.

    Good remote but not for me was unable to connect all my equipment using the remote which was the reason I bought it. Actually bought 2 but returned them because it wouldn't work on Nvidia Shield.

    Nice looking remote. I really wanted it to work, but it didnt work for my Nvidia Shield. I just wanted one remote to rule them all, but it just didnt work.

    My 665 remote has froze up on me every time I try to use the activity "watch movie" . It locks up and have to pull the batteries out to reset it . Press "watch movie" and it happens again. I took it back and got a second one and the same exact problem exist. I have 4 other 650 model remotes and they all work perfectly . Something defective with this 665 remote . I will return number two and get another 650 model.
