    Horrible remote. I have had it for a few months and I’m ready to trash it. It makes me go through all the steps of button pressing just for me to adjust the volume. I click turn off assistant all the time, and it always still makes me go through all the steps as if it’s giving me a tour of the button options on the remote each time. Also, I changed the batteries to new ones yesterday, and it still just goes dead and starts rebooting for no reason. Junk.

    I've set up many devices in my day from speakers, tvs, playstations, xbox, laptops, computers, satellites, software, modems, etc... this has been the most frustrating device I have came across just to set up 3 devices on one remote. I just want one remote to control my TV, xbox, and bose soundbar. Without a doubt the worst setup I have came across. I dont leave bad reviews on anything but this has pushed me pass my breaking point

    Steep learning curve and didn't work with my Roku. Also, didn't feel as ergonomic as any of my existing remotes (Samsung TV, Roku, TiVo). Returned immediately.

      Please note: Roku 1, Roku 2, Roku 3, Roku 4, and Roku TV may be controlled using infrared (IR) signals that are sent directly from your Harmony remote. Roku Streaming Stick does not have IR capabilities and cannot be controlled with Harmony IR remotes.

    Can be a good remote if they would work in it more. Doesn’t work with all TVs and is hard to setup. Commands don’t always do what supposed to.

    This remote has been one trial after another. Doesn’t always work and there’s a ridiculous system that you have to go through to get to where you need to be.

    This universal remote often does not work properly. I purchased 2 and have similar problems with each. I have a home theater system and cable box and often the remote won’t turn on or turn off all of the components. Also volume control is hit or miss. I have only had them 2 weeks and several times I had to use the product specific remote for controls. I would not recommend this universal remote.

    Wait...not that simple

    Says easy set up but requires laptop and a lot of set up. Never could get it to pair with my TV, Tried wifi and bluetooth but no go. I have many bluetooth devices and experience with computers.

    The instructions were not really clear and the setup process was overly complicated. I went through various steps to setup the remote control, but I could not get it to work at all. I feel that this specific remote lacked the necessary documentation. Though I followed the specified steps, it would not function properly. More details should be included with this product because I had checked Logitech's website, established an active internet connection, and plugged the remote into my computer as I followed the troubleshooting guide.

    It was sort of confusing to program all the different features. Apple TV did not like it at all. The tv seamed to work fine with it. It does not work with fire tv. Had to return it.

    The product did not Work for what we needed to do. I entered the information for a Denon receiver. It did not turn the receiver, Tv or stereo. We owned this for a month.

    Product is no longer supported and has been discontinued - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on something that can not be fixed or replaced it there is a problem. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY BEST BUY SI STILL SELLING THIS REMOTE - it seems like they must have been stuck with an abundance of stock and are trying to dump them!

    A very Victorian Remote

    This might have been cutting edge 25 years ago, not today. The set up app is old and creaky and time consuming to setup remote. It does not and cannot be made to work with any bluetooth pieces like Amazon Firestick and Alexa. The only good thing was the back lighting which really all remotes should have. Dump this and get their Harmony Companion, I did and I love it.

    Constantly had to push the help button for not turning all devices on even with having remote pointed at everything. Ended up returning and going back to two remotes.

    Had trouble programming. Remote would not hold our satellite and had to be reprogrammed each time. Wanted only one remote to work everything which it did not do so we returned it.

    I had two other Logitech remotes, Harmony One & Harmony 950 and been very pleased. Harmony One after many years of great service, faded away and I purchased the 665 for it's replacement. Could never get it to sync correctly (or if it did, took forever) and did not like it features. Sometimes it would turn TV on and NEVER turn it off. Guess I got use to touch screen on the Harmony One & Harmony 950. After a month of dissatisfied service, I returned it to Best Buy.

    The remotes use is limited as it is not compatible with Comcast voice controls and xfinity on demand. It controls the sound bar and turns TV on and off and controls volume. That is all

    The remote worked fine at the beginning, controlling an older Vizio smart TV, a Bose solo speaker system, and a 4k Apple TV. After a few months, the unit started rebooting itself every so often, making it difficult to control on/off functions appropriately. Then it started doing it daily. Replacing the batteries did not fix the problem, nor did resetting the device. We just stopped using it and got a cheaper remote that actually works.
