Too complicated

This is my 2nd one of these and they both did the same thing. When you pick it up, it wakes up and when you leave it alone it's supposed to sleep, which it doesn't. So the batteries last about a day. 1rst one lasted a year and about 90 days on the 2nd. And they wouldn't return either of them. Tried to contact company and that's even worse than the product itself.

As you may well know, and have found out, the Harmony line of products have been discontinued and are no longer available. There is still support for them online where you can find troubleshooting articles and some interactive technical chat support. Posted .Hello joefubu, So sorry to hear about your disappointment with the Harmony 665 and it not apparently working with Epson projectors. Using the online Compatability Check, I was able to find two projectors that were compatible to use with the Harmony 665---the Home Cinema 3200 and Home Cinema 3800. Difficult to use

No shows

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This dosent reflect on Nicco who came yesterday....he and the other gentleman were prompt,courteous and knowledgable....I have been put off for almost a month and rescheduled time and a gain.... at least five times....felt as if my request wasnt significant enpugh to warrant prompt service.... Again this dosen't apply to Nicco.....he came as promised....and was even earlier than quoted time....

Hard to program...

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this to replace a simple remote for my 65" Samsung smart tv. 1st issue was that I needed a desktop computer to program it, I have a Chromebook and a cell phone along with 2 other smart tvs, which are Not Compatible. Then there was nonsense about the "Hub" to run all your devices. Omg, I was just looking for a remote, not the control for a lunar lander!! Returned it.

Disappointed is an understatement.

Supposed to be compatible with Mac. It isn't if your Mac is running Big Sur OS. I spent at least 8 hours of my own time searching for a work around, then another 2 hours with Logitech rep on the telephone who could not help me. Maybe if you have a PC it might work for you.

Not the best remote for modern times

Seemed like a great deal until i go to set it up and it doesn't work non ir devices, with my new apple tv, with my ps4 or my amazon fire stick, and although it said it worked with my bose sound bar.. i could never get that to work either. It will barely control my TV and even then it doesn't work with all its features either. Just as waste.

Outdated & Overpriced

only worked for about 50% of the buttons I needed.

Of the 25 or so buttons that never get used, you would think Logitech would produce something where the 5 buttons you actually need, do actually work. Not recommended from where I'm sitting.

Not a friendly setup remote

Extend warranty

Don't buy this remote

I find it very annoying and frustrating as it is not very responsive. Even when we point the remote exactly at the equipment, changing channels, fast forwarding, etc. is so delayed it really takes away from the experience of our new TV/stereo equipment. Very disappointed in this remote.
