    EVERY TIME I WANT TO USE MY REMOTE IT FORCES ME TO GO THROUGH THE TUTORIAL LEARNING ALL THE BUTTONS! THIS IS SOOO FRUSTRATING!!!

    For the money this remote sucks. Buttons are way dim and hard to see and its functjinality and layout are lacking.

    It is ok, but very slow to respond. Takes a long time to startup. After three other Harmony's this is the slowest by far

    This might be fine but for me it was a waste of time and money. It is hard to program and did not work well on my devices

      Hi Jerry, I'm sorry that you experienced difficulty with the Harmony 665 Universal Remote. Logitech tries to make the set up as easy as possible with the MyHarmony app installed on the computer. There is also a link to check for device compatibility (https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/compatibility). I hope you are able to find a remote that works for you and your current set up.     This remote was very, very difficult to use. The display screen is very small, but readable, but the instructions are very hard to follow and often simply don't respond as expected. It may be that I am simply technologically impaired, but I had hoped to find a remote that would simplify the process.

    It does not connect to what it says. Difficult to download because you need a computer to download to remote.

      Hello Brian. The Harmony database has almost every device imaginable... and if there isn't a device in there, you can still add it. The 665 is an IR remote, so it is limited to other IR devices. You can also "learn" a remote that you have an IR remote for without the use of the computer. The Software does make everything easier and more streamlined, but the 665 can be programmed without it. Please check out the Harmony Support Community. They are a very helpful and knowledgeable community.

    It doesn’t say this on the box, but you need to install software on your computer in order to program the remote. I returned it.

    Buy at your own risk, you can never get a customer serive rep to help or transfer you without hanging up on you multiple times.

    I am completely dissatisfied with the product. I didn’t realize you have to set the remote up through a computer. After setup, the synchronization from the computer to remote doesn’t work. A waste of money! I’d return it if I hadn’t forgotten about it and did the setup after the return date. My smart TV setup with the Samsung is waaayyyy friendlier.

    Horrible had to go to a web site to down load an app then did not work sent me to different locations to load drivers still did not work then they wanted a service charge to fix it took it back horrible experience and a wast of 2.5 hours grrrr! Then had to drive 45 miles to take it back

      Hello Mike. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and concerns with the Harmony 665 remote. I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble getting the 665 programmed. The Harmony 665 can be programmed without a computer, but the computer software makes programming a breeze... at least it should. The Harmony community is HUGE and very helpful. I would suggest checking in with the message boards if you have issues. I'm truly sorry you weren't able to make the 665 work for your situation and needed to return it to the store.

    Very inconsistent product. Would not retain the initial setup. Had to continuously use the help menu which is a pain.

    I purchased this new Harmony to replace an old version I currently use but which is wearing out. I could not program this new remote since I no longer have a Windows based computer. I attempted to use the Geek Squad to help me but they stated they only work with phone issues or computer issues. Very disappointed in the lack of support.
