    NO voice controls, No light up panel and has often been unresponsive and slow to respond. Always using help to turn systems on and off

    We are finding the remote very hard to use and the buttons are so small. Maybe after a little more time we will like it.

    It appears as if one needs a PhD in artificial intelligence to understand the vagaries of the device. It has been a total frustration since attempting to program the device. Item was purchased at the suggestion of Geek Squad members who were not successful when attempting to program my new audio system and meld the various remotes. It's gathering dust!

    Harmony Software is a nightmare on windows 10. Can't get it to load after the initial install which took a lot of effort. Have had many Harmony products over the years but, this is a huge disappointment and finding a solution has been very difficult.

    A pain to get programmed, still wouldn't operate the equipment we're working with using the functions we had with original Harmony One remote. It may work for some people with a simple plan, but unless I pay Geek Squad every time I make equipment changes, nothing works the way I want. It went back to the store.

    Too complicated for my old brain. The direction buttons are so close to the "OK" button that I usually have to try 3 or four times to change a station with them. It also goes to "assistant" without warning and one time just dropped my sound bar off and required that I dig out the remote for the sound bar to turn it back on.

    Tried to program my Harmony 665 Universal remote. Could not do it. I called Xfinity and they said that it could not be programmed with the Harmony 665 Universal remote. The installer who suggested this remote should know it is not compatible. Waste of time and money. Can not return this item because the store is not open due to the Caronavirus pandemic.

    Hard to program

    Hard to program. I gave up on trying to figure this thing out. Poor directions and u have to have a laptop to set this up. If u want to change any settings u have to go back onto your laptop. You are able to us a smart phone to set this up, I gave up on that part, it was worse than using a laptop. I'll stick with my $15 learning remote.

    I really wanted to like this one but I had to return it. It's been discontinued which didn't bother me because my TV is also old. I didn't mind the cost or the need to program it, except the interface and software are AWFUL. The mobile app has also been discontinued. Stay far away from this one.

    I’m quite disappointed with Harmony for not updating their equipment so it can be programmed on an Apple computer with an up to date operating system. I loved my old Harmony, when it quit working, I assumed since it is a newer version of my old one, Harmony would do its part by updating its software. I not buying a PC to program my TV remote!

    I'm now back using the two remotes because the Harmony I was advised to purchase by your rep doesn't work in my TV room. Spectrum discovered the problem because I was blaming them on the problems we were having. I've now been advised by your help line that I need a "Magnolia(?) rep to come to my home. This whole experience has become a nightmare!

    I returned it after the two gentlemen from the Geek Squad couldn’t show me how to operate the remote between all my devices. Seems they only slotted my appointment for one hour. So I’m using individual remotes for each piece of equipment.

    Drops Bluetooth connection to devices and requires you to program the remote again. It will not pair with my surround sound. The purpose of this remote was to eliminate having multiple remotes and it has failed to do so so it is useless.
