Not Universally friendly-Too cumbersome

Many more screens to navigate in order to utilize my Apple TV features and the volume, on/off of a LG TV. Could not find video tutorials online for help. Using my LG remote and AppleTV remotes are less work than navigating this universal remote. Cannot imagine setting up 10 devices to it. Waste of money.

With a Universal Remote, there is a bit of setup to do so it recognizes all of your electronics you want to use it with properly, and I understand it might not be the easiest process. Universal remote

Bad Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very disappointed with this remote. it was an add on / enticer (free) to purchase a UHD Blue-ray player. I will not control 3 of my devices, which are listed as supported devices and programmed correctly with help from the tech department of Logitech. So I cannot return this for ANY TYPE of credit.

Horrible

I’ve troubleshooted it as much as possible, and nothing has fixed it. The usb it came with to plug into the computer is extremely tight to plug into the computer. Best Buy’s return policy is garbage and so is this remote.

Best Buy does a limited product return and exchange window, but your Harmony 665 remote does have a full 1-year manufacturer warranty from us at Logitech. Posted .Hello. I apologize for the Harmony 665 not living up to your expectations. I am not quite sure what you mean by your comment, "Did not perform as expected within the spectrum app." The remote is not meant to control a phone app, but a device that uses an already existing remote control. You would have to pair the remote with the Spectrum cable box to control it, not the app. I'm sorry if I'm just not understanding the issue at hand. Logiteh Harmony 665 Problems

Geek Squad have been back twice to fix the problem. It has now happened again. We are going back to multiple remotes. Since this Harmony remote is a great paperweight.

Good if it works;no support

I am used to using their software. The latest one doe not communicate with their server. Support does not respond to repeated help requests. No choice but to return and find a different product to do what this one should to very well.

Would return it if I could

Just about every other time that I pick it up it thinks its a new remote that hasn't been set up yet. I thought somebody dropped it and the batteries shifted but while it's sitting next to me, untouched, it will reset itself. Extremely frustrating. Would definitely return it if I could.

Too many buttons difficult to see in the dark
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately we had to return this remote because it was so complicated to learn how to use for our elderly parents not at all intuitive so many buttons to press so many menus to get from basic cable to DVD to streaming could be way simpler and the LCD screen could be like large to make it easier to use

Don’t recommend this remote and I would not buy it

Also the OK button is so small that our finger inadvertently presses an adjacent key, which throws us into a different function!
