    Software is impossible to install.

    Can get the remote to work. I'm sure if I spend several hours, I will get it to work. The software install process is horrible. You have to set up an account. It says my password doesn't match. It never sends me a link to reset my password. User experience is worst I've ever seen. Product manager should be embarrassed.

    This is still not working and we have tried resetting several times Cable box seems to be impossible

    Hard to set up and no longer supported

    Not the easiest to set up as I had to run the software to program the remote in Windows 7 legacy mode and the interface is pretty bad and no longer supported

    It’s a good idea but takes more tech knowledge than I have to set up. Sadly, I had to return.

    Useless if you don't have a pc to program it. No android app to program unless you own a hub.

    I bought it as a replacement for my Harmony 650 for use on my older model TV. I ended up buying and returning 2 because I at first thought it was defective. Turns out it must not be compatible like the 650 was. Very disappointed they discontinued the 650. I ended up having to buy a used one.

    This remote is great on setup and all devices worked with remote. The problem is that it re-sets about every 5 minutes and it gets really irritating. Thought I got a bad one and Best Buy replaced. But no it’s something that is wrong with this model. Looking for other remote as this is a fail

    Was told at store that this would work with Roku stick. It did not. Had to make another trip back to store to return it. The store did not have a standalone Roku remote so had to buy another Roku stick package.

Here is the support link to add a device that isn't known by the Harmony database https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/adding-a-device-thats-not-found-in-the-harmony-database This should allow you to add your Roku stick to the Harmony remote.
