    Can't program it

    I am returning this. I have wasted 3 hours trying to program it and it won't sync. Downloaded 2 programs and nothing. tried everything. Sign up on their account downloaded everything and nothing. Tried it on PC and Mac, nothing. Why is it so complicated? I don't understand. Wish it would work but. : (

    Bought this remote hoping for a miracle all in one (TV, BlueRay, DirecTv, and Soundbar) BUT they have quit updating it so it would never connect to the app to be programmed. Such a bummer because everyone loves having 4 remotes to keep track of.

      Hello, Very sorry to hear about your disappointment with not being able to find the MyHarmony software so you can program the Harmony 665. Hopefully at this point, you were able to find it because although Harmony remotes are discontinued, there is still support and software for them on Logitech's website.     Too complicated, doesn’t work most of the time

    Very complicated to program . Doesn’t ever work the first time . Constantly have to hit the help button , which usually fixes issues but gets old having to hit it every time as it never works the first time . Gave up on it in less than a year

    After setting up the software, I could never get it my computer to recognized the device for updating. I tried switching cables & computers- no luck. I have experts from Crutchfield try to help me and they couldn't get it going. My old Harmony remote was never this difficult to set up.

    Good while it works, doesn't last long

    I have had this remote under 18 months and it has died. These are nice when they work, but do not seem to last long. Tried to reprogram it, change the batteries, reset it to factory settings and none of these actions helps. Definitely get an extended warranty if you buy one of these.

    We’ve had a Harmony remote for several years, no problems, just wore out. So replaced it with the same model : have had the tech out twice, first to set it up then come back because the volume wasn’t working. It’s working, but have to go through several steps each time to get what you’re trying to do.

    Programming not for average person I did it but unable to figure out how to get to desired input as I had different Devices in different inputs followed their directions not clear and option for input designations not there website useless. I ended returning device

    Does not work with the TV. Many functions on the blu ray are unsupported, and turning the tv and cable box on and off doesn’t float my boat. Now the capper...good luck trying to get any support whatsoever from Logitech. This non-existent company builds crap, and they know it, hence NO SUPPORT.

    Wanted to consolidate all my remotes but this was a pain to configure. Programming the remote was not user friendly and the user interface was clunky. Not all functions worked, even though I entered the correct model number. Returned it for a refund.

    No matter how often I followed the instructions, this remote simply would not display the guide screen on my Hopper3. All other functions appeared to work after programming. But, without that primary function, it was nearly useless for everyday use. Returned to store.

    I thought this would be perfect for my needs. Store employee told me it’s what I needed and would be easy to install and use. But it was not easy to get installed. Returned it the next day. Getting harder and harder to trust in the employees and salespeople at Best Buy.

    Remote doesnt last long. constantly reboots and one has to follow the 5 step demo before the remote is usable again. All happens after warranty expires.
