Can't program it

I have wasted 3 hours trying to program it and it won't sync. Downloaded 2 programs and nothing. tried everything. Sign up on their account downloaded everything and nothing. Tried it on PC and Mac, nothing. Why is it so complicated? I don't understand. Wish it would work but. : (

NOPE They no longer support it with software

Such a bummer because everyone loves having 4 remotes to keep track of.

Posted .Hello, Very sorry to hear about your disappointment with not being able to find the MyHarmony software so you can program the Harmony 665. Hopefully at this point, you were able to find it because although Harmony remotes are discontinued, there is still support and software for them on Logitech's website. Forget this remote

Too complicated, doesn’t work most of the time

Constantly have to hit the help button , which usually fixes issues but gets old having to hit it every time as it never works the first time . Gave up on it in less than a year

Never got a chance to use it

I tried switching cables & computers- no luck. I have experts from Crutchfield try to help me and they couldn't get it going. My old Harmony remote was never this difficult to set up.

Good while it works, doesn't last long

These are nice when they work, but do not seem to last long. Tried to reprogram it, change the batteries, reset it to factory settings and none of these actions helps. Definitely get an extended warranty if you buy one of these.

Lots of problems

So replaced it with the same model : have had the tech out twice, first to set it up then come back because the volume wasn’t working. It’s working, but have to go through several steps each time to get what you’re trying to do.

Many functions on the blu ray are unsupported, and turning the tv and cable box on and off doesn’t float my boat. Now the capper...good luck trying to get any support whatsoever from Logitech. This non-existent company builds crap, and they know it, hence NO SUPPORT.

Programming the remote was not user friendly and the user interface was clunky. Not all functions worked, even though I entered the correct model number. Returned it for a refund.

Would not work on some functions

All other functions appeared to work after programming. But, without that primary function, it was nearly useless for everyday use. Returned to store.

Difficult to get installed.

Store employee told me it’s what I needed and would be easy to install and use. But it was not easy to get installed. Returned it the next day. Getting harder and harder to trust in the employees and salespeople at Best Buy.

Not very reliable.
