    it disconnected very often and had to reprogram it every time, be aware that you have to use a computer to set it up and every time that it disconnects you probably gonna have to use rather computer again if it doesn't connect automatically after few attempts

    It was very easy to program but just too much to try and figure out which options work with which. Also if you have a Roku TV we never figured out how to get this remote to support all of the other functions that were on the Roku TV remote, so we returned it.

    I got this for free with a bundle with my 4k blu ray player absolutely terrible I don't know who would pay money for this just keeps resetting fresh batteries don't matter I'm glad I lost it so I don't have to be upset using it

    Logitech Harmony 665

    Bought this to replace my old Logitech remote. A serious downgrade. It does not consistently work and I have to continually hit Help to turn on and off multiple devices. Poorly lit.

    I have a headache. They may have codes for pairing over 200,000 devices, but if you have a Jensen 12v TV or Furrion receiver/DVD player in your RV, your units likely aren’t among them.

    This remote was suggested by the In-home Consultant. His recommendation for the Samsung TV and Sonos Sound Bar were great, but this thing is frustrating beyond belief and eats through batteries, need to replace every 6-8 weeks (srsly?) OK, YES I am a channel-surfer, but still.

    COMPLETE JUNK. SETUP APP FREEZES AFTER 2ND STEP AND I AM REQUIRED TO CALL A NUMBER FOR ASSISTANCE. REMOTE WAS $100 I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TAKE EXTRA STEPS FOR SETUP. IF YOUR TIME IS NOT VALUABLE GIVE IT A SHOT.

    Not real happy with this remote. Does not connect with my Sony surround all the time. I have not been able to get it to be able to switch between tv and my firestick. I still need to use my other remotes. I am going to see if I can get a refund.

    very difficult to operate and program. nobody has been able to help me out . i am an elite member and you can't get anyone to walk you through this remote. you still have to use your receiver remote .. very complicated

    After programming the Harmony 665 10-Device Universal Remote, it would not correctly power up and properly configure presets, leading to manually starting and setting peripherals. After multiple attempts, I decided to return the remote rather than be endlessly frustrated.

    Not sure if I have a faulty unit but my controller restarts at least once while I’m use where I have to go through the set up process each time this happens. It gets extremely annoying and makes us retreat picking this product up.

    Works really well. have to create an account on their site, input model numbers of components and then download to remote - so it should retain all config on-line. 5 diff devices (brands) and it controls them all well

    Terrible remote constantly resetting itself and forcing me to redo setup almost every time I pick it up save yourself the money and buy a simpler (and much cheaper) option!

    Not user friendly. Not compatible with PS4 , nor did it work properly with Samsung Soundbar, not to mention Best Buys was very unprofessional about return. Have to push too many buttons to change features.
