doesn't work

However, the input that is selected for the dvd player changes Every time you use the remote. The help button on the remote only temporarily fixes the problem until the next time. Troubleshooting on the website did nothing to help either. Will return.

GARBAGE

Anything further than 8 feet away and this remote doesn’t work. To say I hate this remove is an understatement.

Harmony remotes use "scenes" that allow you to press a single button and have the remote perform multiple tasks. Once these scenes are set up properly, they should not have to be programmed again until you get a new device or want to change a scene. Logic remote

For a remote to cost that much and can not operate is not saying a lot for that company. Don’t waste your time.

And it literally took me almost 3 days to figure that out. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a computer at home.

Dead on arrival

Customer supports only fix was to simply return the remote to the store to get a new remote, they could not fix that error. Very sad.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m glad this was free when I purchased my 4K blu Ray player. This is too time consuming to set up/install firmware from computer. With today’s texhnology a universal remote should not be complicated.

Disappointed

Once connected, it was puzzling to navigate around, set favorite channels and connect with my phone. I returned this remote.

Can open the site, but will not link to the remote. So the remote can only be used as a paperweight. Shoddy company, product , or lousy website. Either one caused the remote to not work 1

Don’t buy refurbished

Terrible purchase decision to buy refurbished. This is the 2nd time I’ve done Logi refurbished and both were disasters. Never again.

Poor quality

I wish I hadn't purchased it and had just purchased a standard remote.

Spend more for a better remote

It keeps resetting over and over, and after a few uses, consistently has problems turning on the proper devices as programmed.

Don't waste your money.

You have to push the desired button a minimum of 4 times to get it to work - if you're lucky. Seriously, don't waste your money.
