This was a terrible product

It controlled my appleTV very inconsistently. Even for the low price it was a total rip off.

I had a 700 and buttons were nice white, this 665 has orange it buttons! too dark at night - dont waste you money

Not great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Screen doesn't always turn off. Batteries drain fast. I would rather a remote without a screen but Logitech doesn't make them anymore. Activities dominate this remote and I don't like them.

No Harmony from this Logitech device!

Bad remote

Universal remote difficult!

Each device seems to be needing to be controlled independently! We need to pay 99.99 for a Geek Squad to come out! On top of $$$$ for new Bose sound bar and new 65" TV! Not happy!

Didn’t realize it needed a computer to program!!

replace batteries all the time

Several times. Not only if dropped slightly onto a caroet but a bump or jostle triggers the set up mode. Never buy this product.

If you set up your old remote using the computer program, you can actually copy the same settings and devices onto the new 665. Sucks I cannot return unopened remote

So I have an unopened remote we didn't use.

Shoddy qquality

Setup was easy and flawless. However, the remote stopped working in less than 30 days which was 14 days beyond the return period.
