    A real piece of crap. I have tried for almost a month to make this piece of crap to do a simple Watch TV. Techincal Support sucks.

    Do not buy! Does not work. Very hard to program, will not control xfinity also keeps losing programming. Will be returning.

    Too complicated. The user instructions were worthless and the Logitech web page was impossible. Hard to tell how many items you can control with this remote.

    The volume and channels jumped too much up and down even after adjusting the repeat delay to the lowest setting. Remote was returned.

    I bought this remote to replace an older one that buttons stopped working on. Turns out the directional buttons on this one don’t work that well.

    I returned this universal remote because it did not work with all of my components. Some are analog and really old so this product was not well suited for my equipment.

    This did not perform as expected. It quit working just out of warranty. The battery line was poor and it took forever to set up. The setup was not user friendly.

    Could not program remote. I have two other Logitech remotes and had no problem programing them, But this model did not work so I returned it.

    Keeps resetting and takes up soo much battery. We had to change batteries every week.

    just over 65 days old and no longer works tried everything Bust Buy doesn't stand by there products for 90 days Won't shop there again

Best Buy does a limited product return and exchange window, but your Harmony 665 remote does have a full 1-year manufacturer warranty from us at Logitech.     I tried and tried to get this remote to work on all of my devices. The web site said it should but it didn't. For me it is all or nothing so I returned it.

    Returned it. Only IR, not RF. Must be pointed directly to the device. Also buttons squishy, pass on this one.
