    Worked great for two months and just stopped working. Can't get through to support for warranties, sat on hold for over an hour and never did get anyone.

    I asked the text techs and they recommend this device to replace 3 remotes I use now. Thus stated a nightmare!

    This is very difficult to program with a Sony Smart TV. None of it is intuitive. Once programmed, it is quite difficult to use. I cannot recommend it.

    I was not happy with this remote at all. It would not work consistently, so I had to replace it with a Harmony Companion.

Also sorry that it wasn't made clear to you that you needed a PC with Windows or Mac in order to use program the Harmony 665. With Harmony's hub-based products, you can use the Harmony mobile app to set up and configure.     This remote was a nightmare. Could not get it to work. We went in for help and no one could get it to work. They gladly replaced it for us
