Horrible product,

Just plain doesn't work

Posted .Hi VTConsumer, thank you for your feedback! You will need to use the Harmony computer software, connected to your Harmony 665 remote, in order to add devices and create activities. It does not use codes as it is pre-programmed and cloud based. Posted .Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the Harmony 665 remote. I'm sorry to hear that you can't get the software to download. Unfortunately, you are correct about not being Chromebook compatible. The set up software requires Windows or MacOS to program the 665.
