This device solved many of my remote issues and has simplified our complex system. My only regret is that it was not suggested at the beginning of the process. It took our Geek squad technician about six hours to work out the issues. Yeah to him.

I LOVE IT! It does everything I need it to at a touch of a button. Even for me, not the most patient in learning new technology, am able to use it. It's simple, it's easy, and everything I wanted. I'm so glad that the Best Buy Team Leader, Saul, in Oceanside suggested this as the only one I would need. Touch-down! I love it.

This remote is awesome. The setup was super easy, you just need the model numbers of the devices you are setting up. This remote replaced 5 remotes for me. The actions you can set up are great as it ensures that all of the devices are on the proper setting for whatever you are trying to do (Watch TV, Watch a Movie, etc.)

I’ve used this remote or similar Logitech models. Virtually unchanged. Work pretty well but buttons wear out and I have to buy a new one. Wish Logitech would add DVR buttons and add Bluetooth at a reasonable price. Bluetooth models are really ridiculously expensive. So this does not work well or not at all with some devices. Only IR TV with CEC will sometimes control other Bluetooth devices connected to TV.

The geek squad recommended getting this while installing our A/V. Sure glad I went for it. Once I figured out how to use it, it’s awesome. Should have done this before. It functions perfectly.

I always wanted one of these, never to seriously... until Logi sez they'll discontinue this series. BB had the last one for 100 when all others had it for 325, thank you very much.

This was listed as an IR remote, so I was expecting it to work with my devices, which are behind a closet door. When closed, it would not work on my devices. I had to both open the closet door and point my remote directly at the devices. The issue there is that my devices are behind me..so I didn't want to pull my arm back to do each task. I will say the setup and execution of the remote are fine, but it doesn't work for my purposes. Disappointing.

Great remotes! I have one and set one up for my mom. I also set one up for a retired school teacher. Great to eliminate multiple remotes and have it all on one!

disappointed, it excepted most of our codes but even though it recognized the code it didn't work. had to make up a code so it would do something different which took 20 mins. It only worked half, it would turn it on but not off. plus the volume is set to 2 levels....low and extremely high.

Very easy to setup with great features. This replaced a 2008 Harmony 550.

This is my third Logitech remote. It's generally easy to set up if you follow the instructions carefully and gather information about all of your devices. HOWEVER, YOU CANNOT RECHARGE THE BATTERIES WITH THE USB CABLE!! The website information does not make this clear. If I had known this, I would have bought a different model.

Worked as expected. Was able to teach it my electric fireplace power and temperature functions and Edifier R1700BT speakers as well as all my other entertainment center devices.

Very dependable and convenient remote. I had a previous one so it was painless to switch my equipment to this new remote.

Very good operation. Lighted key controls activate when you pick up the remote makes it easy to see at night.

This is great remote, easy to set-up. If you know your input and outputs, you will be good. Plenty off keys to replicate any remote. I have 9 devices set-up. Very happy, under $50!

Ok, but hard to get use to. Some buttons are very small and hard to hit the first time. It does what I want it to do, but the design could have been much better. I now understand that Logitech is no longer making such a product.

easy to use once you learn it. able to control my dvd player, tv, cable box and sound bar. does everything i want it too and was able to get it for 30$. great deal!

Really slick. Setup was easy as I had an older version. It replaces all of my other remotes.

Great price, easy to use! This is my second Logitech remote, first one lasted many years.
