    I bought this remote with the hopes of eliminating some of my other remotes. It does not control my tv correctly or my roku either. I have not tried to program any other devices for this as if these will not work correctly, why should I bother? I will be returning this garbage tomorrow.

    USB connectivity is very poor

    My new device works very well in the normal usage, but the USB port refuses to connect with any cable other than the one that came with the device. It also won't let me use my Anker USB hub, because it refuses to connect unless it is the only device in the port.

    Lousy return policy

    I tried to return this but it was past the 14 days from the purchase. That is too short a time period especially during the holiday season. I doubt I'll be making any future purchases from Best Buy.

    Doesn't work like it was demonstrated. Can't adjust volume or turn tv on or find the radio station i like to listen to. Not enough training provided. I would return it if i could.

    Won't Communicate with Computer

    I tried everything. Removed and reloaded the software, two different computers. Nothing. Great in theory, poor in execution.

    Harmony software and website is awful. Takes you in circles, won't recognize passwords - just terrible.

    Be aware. The Harmony 665 will not program a Bose AV120.
