This remote is very nice, but hard to program. Took two guys from Best Buy and a computer program to do.

I like the remote but it impossible to give it a full review as the technician was unable to fully program the remote.

The 900 died. It served us well but it was time to 'upgrade'. After some research, I chose the Harmony Elite Universal Remote. Logitech makes a good, reliable product. We had the Geek Squad do the installation. GS is efficient and cost effective.

I was finally able to eliminate the four remote controls to operate my television and surround-sound. This remote was a major improvement compared to earlier versions. Initial set up took a while, but was worth every minute .

Really wish these remotes still had a regular number pad. Having to use the touch screen for specifying a number is a little annoying but overall a great remote.

Setup is easy and syncing is easier than the older 650. The remote is more responsive and the buttons are better and less mushy than the 650. It's not worth $350 IMO, but if you can find it on sale for $200 or $250, get it.

I got everything I wanted and more from this universal remote. I am running several pieces of equipment through it and it works great. If a problem occurs it is also very good about fixing the problem on its own.

I have wanted this for so long and finally got it and OMG what was I waiting for? Once you set your activities up on this remote it automatess your house and its entertainment!

We like it, takes time to get used too. Can be temperamental to use sometimes....eliminated 7 remotes....

This is not a bad do it your self remote not as good as a professional installed remote and slightly limited, but it's not bad for the price.

Very easy to set up the programming for four devices: LG 65" 4KTV, ROKU 4, Samsung 4K DVD and Yamaha 4K Receiver. Occasional software glitch, but for the most part works quite well. I recommend this kind of device for multi-component TV systems.

a little bit difficult to program due to insufficient instructions online. Overall a good remote once you know how to work it

This is the best universal remote out there. I love how easy it is to use and I am able to update it to display multiple task. Great for its value.

This is a wonderful tool as a remote for all connected devices. It sometimes requires that i use “help”; but overall, it is worth every penny.

Much better than previous models. Easy setup and with the original equipment remote any function can be mapped to the Harmony. I forget how great this is until I go to my friends and watch them fumble with 4 different remotes.

This is an awesome remote as I have programmed it to turn on my tv,nvidia shield and denon surround sound all at once & with my iPhone which can be done in any room because it uses your wifi and not ir signal

Works very well and eliminates multiple remotes. Recommend calling Logitech Customer Service immediately if you have any set-up problems as it saves a lot of time and aggravation. Their customer service was excellent, very helpful and patient.

In my opinion, Logitech makes the most reliable remote control products in the Home Theater category. Over the last 15 years. my Logitech remotes have never stopped performing properly. Thank you Logitech & Best Buy.

I use this for my jobs, this remote is easy to set up and even easier for the clients to use. Help feature gets even the most tech challenge people out of trouble. Also support line is outstanding , of course within 90 days of purchase

Had other Harmony remotes in the past. This one is easier to program and works great. Only complaint is battery life is pretty short.
