If all you have is a simple TV you don't need this. But if you have multiple components this makes things very easy. Just hot the TV, Blue-ray, apple TV, stereo button. Whatever component you want to turn on.

I bought this to replace an old harmony remote. This is a little expensive but worth the price. Since I already had an old Harmony remote setting this up was easy.

I love this remote but when I want to turn on the Lights, the screen has to be lit in order for the device to respond . That delay alone is annoying!

Like how this is all linked to all of my audio and movie equipment in my movie room. One remote for everything. The wifi allows the equipment to be in a hidden spot and still use the remote. love it.

So far I like this remote the best. It's great if you have some smart home stuff already. I have it connected to my Hue hub and Ecobee. It's nice to be able to control the thermostat without having to grab a phone or go upstairs..

A little hard to initially set up to your network but awesome once it's working. The database of devices is amazing. We have 3 hubs and multiple systems. All work nicely.

The perfect device to operate multiple audio and video components from one controller. Very easy to use, intuitive, and easy to understand read out. Controls everything, including the on-demand and apps on the TV.

Compatible with all the equipment I tested. However, the buttons are, in my opinion, too sensitive. It is easy to bump the remote and kick off a different activity.

Great remote to work all equipment. Very nice display and syncs all system to come on one click on the power button.

I bought two one for the living room and one for the bedroom. Setup is easy on the app, and it controls everything I've programed it for. Programing it for CEC items took a lot of thought and planning though.

Got the Harmony Companion first and took it back for the Elite version so I can have more activities and be able to control individual devices from the remote. Love that it controls my Hue lights too.

Worked with my Legacy Bose System (Lifestyle 18) ! Also, I would recommend pairing this purchase with the Amazon Alexa. voice commands work great! This remote takes a while to program, but it is very versatile and flexible.

I was looking to get the Echo, then found out there was a sale to buy the remote and get the Echo for free! I love that the remote can be controlled by Alexa, so now I can use the remote almost without even having to use it lol

Controls my TV, STB and home theater. Voice controlled using Google Home via IFTTT. I've been using an old table dedicated to the harmony software. Sits by my TV. Works great.

I had Logitech Harmony remotes prior to buying this new one and this Elite is light years ahead of my 900 remotes, which are their flagship remotes. Programing these remotes are so easy using the Harmony app! You won't be disappointed!

The lag in this unit is appreciable. Pushing the pause/play button is lagging so you often have to back the unit a bit.

i purchased this remote as a replacement to an older model harmony remote. this one is far superior to it's predecessor. the updates are done easily through an app on my phone. easy to use and modify. so worth the somewhat high price.

This is a great remote once you master the programming app. Its not that the app is hard to learn, it's just that there is so many ways to customize the remote functions for your needs.

This is an awesome remote. We have almost everything connected to it, making it a great device for home automation. We have amazon echo, smartthings, ecobee, and philips hue connected to it and we plan on adding more devices in the future.

Excellent quality, value, easy to use, and aesthetically pleasing. Had older version for many years. It was still operational but I got the technology update.
