This review is not for a radio.??? Would not let me change the description the computer put in. These replaced the same brand old Remotes we had for many years now. We love the way they work and how easy they are to use.

I've used a lot of Harmony remotes but this is the best one yet. Controls IR, RF, Bluetooth, and WIFI equipment. And you no longer have to keep the remote pointed at the equipment during the processes. Great Job Logitech!

This remote has many extra features that are nice to have. This is much faster than older versions of the Harmony remotes, but it is pricey.

We like that we can control everything with one remote. Seems complicated until you get used to it. Instructions to use online. Not as intuitive as we would expect.

This is a great remote once you master the programming app. Its not that the app is hard to learn, it's just that there is so many ways to customize the remote functions for your needs.

This has great options for many devices, and can be customized in many ways. The touch screen is too sensitive, and the unit resets at times.

It works with all of our equipment and replaced our old universal remote. It does take some education to learn how to use everything and make sure you teach the rest of the people in the house.

Fairly easy to set up, so far so good, only minor glitches here and there like having to switch off tv speakers for audio speakers. Overall still happy with it

Our previous Harmony Elite IR remote worked great for four years, then it stopped working suddenly. Had two BestBuy GeekSquad repair visits but neither tech guy could fix it so two weeks ago we bought this new Harmony Elite from BestBuy and paid Geek Squad $100 to install. Have had nothing but aggravation and problems with this new remote since its was installed. Every time use this new Harmony Elite remote, it does not work: Typically there is no picture on the TV, can't seem to find the device we've chosen, have to set things up again, over and over and over again. (We are not touching or changing the HDMI settings or positions at all. We've done nothing wrong.) Have had to call Harmony Remote Tech Support every single time because the settings do not stay put. Nightmare. We would prefer to have the old model again instead of this new one, at least it worked consistently for the entire four years we had it.

While a bit pricey well worth the investment. Setting up your activity functions is simple and great for use. Just click on one button and everything turns on for watching TV or DVD or AppleTV....and one click for off as well.

I really like the remote. The setup was easy although I did have to go back and edit after the original setup.

This remote control does everything it says! easy to set up. You don't have to wonder around the house looking for other remotes controls. You can even set it up to control your devices from your smart phone! Awesome!

Easy to setup multiple devices to operate my audio-visual system. Then it is just an easy soft key or app one-key selection to turn on all the appropriate devices for the audio-visual experience.

Replaced a Harmony One remote. Was easy to move the settings over and with the base situated correctly, I no longer have to keep the remote pointed at the entertainment center/TV.

Excellent quality, value, easy to use, and aesthetically pleasing. Had older version for many years. It was still operational but I got the technology update.

I have programmed every Logitech remote to date. This is the best remote they have ever produced. Easy to program, easy to use and zero hiccups.

It's a great improvement from my old Harmony remote. The only improvement would be to square off the bottom or put little feet on the bottom so the remote sits flat on a table top. The bottom is curved and likes to slip and slide.

This universal remote is a great remote with many possibilities. Your system has to have the correct requirements in order to sync up to the hub which basically is the brains of the remote.

I had not bought a universal remote for 15 years. There has been tremendous improvements during that time. This remote was easy to set up with my phone ap and to date is working like it should having replaced three other remotes.

I returned it and bought another Logitech.I have had the last one I bought from Best BUY about 10 yrs ago.Its still perfect and I actually prefer it to the new one.
