It's a great remote to control multiple devices using IR. I love this remote. It is well worth the money. Most of all, I love that every remote is still present within it.

I have programmed every Logitech remote to date. This is the best remote they have ever produced. Easy to program, easy to use and zero hiccups.

It's a great improvement from my old Harmony remote. The only improvement would be to square off the bottom or put little feet on the bottom so the remote sits flat on a table top. The bottom is curved and likes to slip and slide.

Replaced a Harmony One remote. Was easy to move the settings over and with the base situated correctly, I no longer have to keep the remote pointed at the entertainment center/TV.

Use this device as my primary remote in my home theater. Controlling over 5 devices and it is working great. Screen is very sensitive so be careful if you lay it next to you when you are enjoying a show or movie.

I had not bought a universal remote for 15 years. There has been tremendous improvements during that time. This remote was easy to set up with my phone ap and to date is working like it should having replaced three other remotes.

One of the best decisions in converting my home to smart home. This integrates well with Google Home which is my primary smart home assistant. Everything works seem less.

This remote does it all! Love that if something gets out of sync it can fix itself with the press of a button. It's literally fool proof!

No matter where we are this remote control allows us the power to be in control. Though the equipment is neatly organized in a hall closet, it works beautifully from the kitchen, den, living room, etc.

Was not sure about paying a lot of money for a remote but all worth it. I use it to control my fireplace, TV, fan, sonos, lights, and soon powered curtains. Couldn't be more happy

I find the harmony delete a very capable remote. For the average home user this remote is excellent. I'm having a little trouble yet programming a complex sequence of events I would like to happen within my home theater.

The Logitech Harmony Elite is the most advanced universal remote you can buy without a custom installation, and comes with a hub that can control most of your smart home devices.

Has some glitches. Occasionally will not perform joint activities and you have to work each appliance individually.

If you’re a DIY person. This is the remote for you. Picked this up recently. It does everything I need it to. I love the included IR sensors.

Simple set up wish it had more sensors to control more devices since it only comes with 2 you have to stack all components to send the ir signals

I bough this product in conjunction with a new tv, stereo and high end cords. Works well, easy to use and easy to not mess up functionality. Would recommend.

Yes it's one remote for all devices and works most of the time, but the battery is disappointing. Also the touch screen is sometimes touchy. Furthermore, sometimes the signals don't go through to one piece of equipment and the fix option doesn't work. The only thing to do is turn everything off and back on. It can be quite frustrating. If Geek Squad sets it up, you can be left scratching your head on how to program extra devices to it in the future.

after having a previous version of this that I bought for myself, I decided that this would be perfect for my technically challenged mom and dad to use the operator TV that was getting too complicated.

Was excited to bring this home, and get it set up. Was fairly easy to add devices to its programming, but ended up having to call tech support to get me TV set up. They had to change the way the television received the signal in the remote, and something that wouldn’t have been possible without their remote work. It added my sound system, and game systems, without issue, but it doesn’t have any capabilities to run different apps like vudu, or Netflix. My television actually has a Netflix output programmed into it, so I was able to get that running. I was very disappointed at the features available, especially for the cost. Another issue I have is when I select a channel on the display, after it’s been charging, it toggles the power to my television and sound system, instead of just turning them on, so if the television is already on, it will turn them off, and you have to got into the device list, and toggle the power for each I device that was turned off. The power off button does power down everything correctly though. This is a very expensive universal remote, and it covers a very large number of devices, but for the lack of features available, I wouldn’t recommend the investment, unless you’re unable to find an alternative remote that covers your equipment.
