Others in my household were scared or confused by the remote. It wouldn't stay locked on soundbar for volume, so I had to keep switching.

This model has touch screen for channel input. It is sensitive and small. A real pain to work with. The older model had buttons to press.

We are using the unit and is working out very well. We use less coffee due to not wasting any. We can make as much or as little as we want whenever we want.

Somewhat complicated in the beginning. Don't like the numeric screen vs using number keys on the older Harmony version we had.

Was not sure about paying a lot of money for a remote but all worth it. I use it to control my fireplace, TV, fan, sonos, lights, and soon powered curtains. Couldn't be more happy

this remote has lots of functions but i wish it was a little bit bigger and would lite up a little more. best for new generation as can get complicated

Has some glitches. Occasionally will not perform joint activities and you have to work each appliance individually.

I used to have 4 controls in my living room but thanks to the harmony elite controller I no longer need them. I have combined all of my controllers into the harmony elite controller. I am Also able to use it with alexa.

This is a great consolidator of all of your disparate remotes. Only downside is it is VERY sensitive to touch. You often don't get the station you wanted, as the remote screen prompts are small.

This remote is just what I was looking for. Programmed it for all my audio/video needs and works great. Takes a bit of getting use to programming it but overall worked out great.

The harmony remote is the best remote I've ever had. It take some work to set up but it's worth it. It also works with Alexa for true hands free control.

Very capable device although not perfect. The sync with Fire TV doesn't seem to work at all.

Bought this on recommendation of a friend who had one. He was right. This is a great remote. Set up was easy and it integrates with many other products I have in my house such as Lutron casetta lights. This is a must buy remote.

The remote was not exactly easy to setup, however after calling Logitech, things worked out great. This remote allows me to close the cabinet doors and use the RF feature. So far everything is working great. It is a little pricey.
