easy to use once it is programmed, a little tough to pick channels with, button is by touch that does not always work.

Goodbye multiple remotes & clutter! Makes moving from tv to smart tv to ROKU a breeze. Also if you have Xfinity, the new Harmony has a page for recording.

Good looking and nicely weighted remote. Returned a remote to a distributor that was twice the cost with half the features. Integrated with Alexa home assistant as well, works nicely.

if you own a smart TV that is connected to receiver, you owe this to yourself... so easy to use, and so worth the money!! but yes.. you do need to read the directions!

This remote is fantastic. It is expensive and I wasn’t sure it would be worth the price. Absolutely is worth every cent. Everyday I use this remote makes me so glad I bought it. It’s perfect!!

Fantastic remote. Everything works so well and I have a complex system. My only wish is that it had a remote finder feature. Why don't they have this feature?? I'm constantly losing the remote in the sofa cushions!

Great remote, love the fact that it doesn't have to been aiming at the tv. Our last remote gave us fits trying to get everything turned on and adjusting the volume was not fun.

This surpassed all of my expectations. The setup is a little challenging but once you figure out how it works you can program it to do just about anything. It’s amazing.

I replaced the Harmony One with the Harmony Elite. Harmony has made huge strides in ease of use and setup. If you want to do away with the two, three or four remotes and replace with one universal remote, this is the one!

This is our 3rd Harmony, and this one is by far the most advanced as well as reliable. With the inclusion of the bridge as the primary interface, setup was a complete breeze. Logitech continues to improve with each generation.

Could use RF to control devices as a option. Battery life could be longer, but over all outstanding. The options for programming are endless. I have 10 devices in one room and the harmony controls them all. It's expensive.

Love it! Fits in with my smart home stuff. I can control my Hue lights and all my electronics. Less clutter, all with one remote!

this remote control is amazing, like most logitech products! this was A LOT easier to set-up. I think I was up and running inside of 15 minutes...probably inside of 10 actually.

I had trouble setting this up with my 3 tv patio but harmony’s support made it super easy to figure out and now I have a bar setup at my home. Works like a charm!

Incredibly expensive when you’re talking about a remote but it’s the best on the market also.

works great . wish they had more ip control. and only 2 ir wish they had more as i had to use and emitter block to have more ir's

The remote is a good buy. Sometimes the devices will not sync correctly. Use the help button and the problem fixes itself.

Has extensive time and trouble sync; ie: >30" sometimes. Doesn't have voice commands unless you get additional full house control unit.

This remote is the best remote out there in my opinion. You can turn on all your home theater equipment with the touch of one button. Plus it’s all touch screen. It’s like having a cell phone in your hand.
