This thing does it all. It’s amazing. If you have anything that has an IR blaster and have 100 controllers for every individual thing. This is a must have for you. Makes life so much more simple.

Takes a little getting use to, but we are happy. The touchscreen is smaller than our previous Harmony and it's pretty sensitive. But, overall, it operates great.

Works as advertised, easy to set up. Takes some time but all you have to do is folow the prompts. Haven't found anything that it won't operate. Makes a big or complicated home theater a breeze to use for even my 5 year old.

Bought this unit and the setup isn't too bad but it can suck really bad real fast as I found out. If it doesn't recognize the product you have or work right the first time the process is very aggravating. Wish it was more ready for prime time. Having a physical remote is nice. Seeing as you have to look at the remote for almost everything you do it's not worth it. I returned it and got the base that you use your phone with. A $200 savings and it works just fine.

Excellent remote that controls everything in my room. Very easy setup and recommended to other family members. If you are willing to pay the price, it is well worth it. Use it as the main control in my home theatre.

These things are awesome! I have used several of the Logitech remotes. This one has been my favorite. Easy to set up. Pretty intuitive.

The Logitech Harmony Elite is terrific. It simplifies moving from TV to DVD or music with ease. It's fast, simple to use, and functional. Removes the multiple controller nightmare from the scene.

It definitely solves the problem of too many remotes. It's not perfect. Sometimes it doesn't switch channels on my receiver. But it's pretty good.

Excellent product! I read of horror stories setting up the remote, but I thought it was fairly simple. I have the Elite with the Hub, even used the old RF equipment so I didn't have to replumb from the 900!

This Logitech - Harmony Elite (Remote Control and Smart Hub) for me was the best choice. I looked at five different remotes and read the reviews. This was the best choice for the money by far.

I just love my remote. It can be used on up to 15 products at once. I hated having to use 4 remotes, just to use my TV. This remote makes life simple again. I would recommend this to anyone, well worth the money.

Works great so far, it's a little slow on the response, takes some setup, but once you get it going it is very intuitive.

its fabulous being able to tell my google home to have harmony turn on the tv and tune to my favorite channel. the only thing its missing is voice activation on the remote itself. otherwise, its great!

This remote work well for a simple system like TV, Audio Video receiver, Cable box and media streamer. Quite easy to set up.

Easy universal remote. Installed by Geek Squad with instruction for use. Harmony has great phone technical support and instruction if needed.

I purchased this to replace my Harmony Ultimate One remote which I was giving to a family member. I loved my previous remote, but I like the improved ergonomics on this updated version, Especially the button layout.

it's slow and cumbersome. This is not something that your visitors will be able to pick up and use without training. The remote also forgets what inputs it should turn on for activities which is super annoying. I used my best buy points for purchased so only spent $5 on it but I'd NEVER pay full price for this remote. I think with some refinement this could be an amazing remote but it seems pretty outdated for what it is.

Did not realize how effective it could be until we were coached by Geek Squad who installed and has coached us as an older couple to get services available. The only problem is that there is no readable information on line.

I replaced as old Harmony because some of the keys did not work properly. Geek squad re programmed the new one and it works great. Improved programming also.

Got the remote to get rid of the pile we have. No more replacing batteries or trying to find the remote. You can even using smart home devices. Best purchase I made. Easy to setup and navigate.
