Great remote for removing cutter in your home,if you have several remotes and simply would like to reduce those down to just one easy remote control

This is our first smart remote like this, and I'm surprised there isn't an option to control the IST in orbit. So convenient to touch one selection and have every device you need turn on. Really great and convenient.

This remote was recommended to us, we did not pick it. The touch screen to change channels is a pain. For $350 it should be easier to use.

I've never owned a universal remote before , but with my components located in a separate room from my projector it's pretty much a necessity. I am very impressed with this remote and may purchase another for upstairs.

I had a much older Harmony remote that had reached the end of it's lifecycle. This remote has all the features and more that anyone would need from a device in it's price range. It also has a premium feel to it.

Remote is sleek and responsive and the software is easy to use. However, this remote is too expensive. Logitech needs to bring the price down.

Setup was buggy and took several attempts to get right, but after that it's pretty solid. All the extra ir blasters are a pain though.

Sure, this remote looks good, but it is not worth the $350 price. First unit fail out of the box, fortunately, we had Geek Squad here doing the programming and set-up and he had a second remote with him. It is very slow to charge and discharges quickly. The remote has a tendency to lock up on one screen and you have to push the device button to unlock and have the ability to scroll thru the menus. For me, it was a not worth the $350 plus $100 for the set-up.

The Logitech Harmony Elite Universal Remote replaced my 9 individual remotes to my TV/Stereo setup in my man cave. One touch takes me to my desired programming and my company is always in awe.

After reading some of the negative reviews on this remote, I was very apprehensive but so far so good!!

Great functions. Works amazing. Programming was INSANELY easy. I am excited to build my home automation around this. Two things though... 1. It force shuts off items not being used so it kills the box when DVR starts or tries too. Might just be a Charter thing since it has to turn on to record. Actually pretty annoyed with that 2. Switching the system on when it was in one activity like watch tv then starting to watch netflix doesn't always work.

There is a bit of a learning curve but the Geek Squad very patiently went over using this product. Could not be happier

This universal remote is very easy to use and the installers did a great job of setting it up so that you only have to hit one button to completely change functions!

This unit is very "smart" and operates intuitively to control everything in my entertainment center. I love the way it works. In fact, I ended up buying three for other centers in my home. Great product

Remote was really easy to program via their software, and is up and running in only a few minutes. I'm still learning some of the vast features but so far I love it.

We had an older Harmony the the dog got a a hold of. We upgraded to this version that works with Alexa and we love it. The battery wears out quickly but you can use your laptop or Alexa too so it's all worth it.

I have had the hardest time programming this remote. And, when there is an update to the software, sometime she have to start over again.

This product would probably work fine if it did not require high speed internet. Our location is very remote with no internet service

I just got my new home theater system for my basement. The bestbuy person who came to install recommended this one and I am very happy with it. I would recommend this to anyone.

I had been using a Harmony 1100 for a few years and finally upgraded. I'm so glad I did! This is far easier to program and controls all my devices including my Hue hub and Nest thermostats.
