This remote meets all my needs and allows me to control my devices anywhere in the house. My only slight annoyance is that I sometimes bump the screen buttons when simply handling the remote.

This product would probably work fine if it did not require high speed internet. Our location is very remote with no internet service

I have had the hardest time programming this remote. And, when there is an update to the software, sometime she have to start over again.

Sure, this remote looks good, but it is not worth the $350 price. First unit fail out of the box, fortunately, we had Geek Squad here doing the programming and set-up and he had a second remote with him. It is very slow to charge and discharges quickly. The remote has a tendency to lock up on one screen and you have to push the device button to unlock and have the ability to scroll thru the menus. For me, it was a not worth the $350 plus $100 for the set-up.

Great functions. Works amazing. Programming was INSANELY easy. I am excited to build my home automation around this. Two things though... 1. It force shuts off items not being used so it kills the box when DVR starts or tries too. Might just be a Charter thing since it has to turn on to record. Actually pretty annoyed with that 2. Switching the system on when it was in one activity like watch tv then starting to watch netflix doesn't always work.

We had an older Harmony the the dog got a a hold of. We upgraded to this version that works with Alexa and we love it. The battery wears out quickly but you can use your laptop or Alexa too so it's all worth it.

We've had another Logitech remote forever and it was finally unfixable nor can it be replaced. We decided to try this one and so far we've had no issues,

Remote was really easy to program via their software, and is up and running in only a few minutes. I'm still learning some of the vast features but so far I love it.

I've been a Logitech user for years and love the feel of this one especially the layout of the buttons. Plus the app is real handy to adjust things but the windows/mac software gui is the best i've used!

I went from five remotes to one Harmony Elite. I was expecting it to require a lot of customizing but it went a lot faster than I ever imagined. Great purchase!!

This is a good universal remote.. works pretty well with the Amazon Echo using IFTTT. The only thing it really needs is more automation hub support

I have used a Harmony remote for years. The screen on my old one was broken so I upgraded to the Elite. The only thing I don't like about it is that battery on the new one doesn't last as long as in the older one.

Harmony remote takes the control of 5 different remotes in my home. Worth the price and headache of not keeping track of so many remotes.

I love this remote. So easy to program and so easy to use. Wish the battery was slightly better in it but it works great.

The Logitech Harmony Elite is a fantastic universal remote for our Samsung Smart TV. Wonderful features that allows this remote to control several other electronic equipment!

I replaced my multiple remotes with this Harmony and it has improved my control over my various media players and TV. The remote is very easy to use and set up is a snap.

Remote was very easy to program using mobile device. Able to set up numerous devices and activities with no problems. Would warn that an efficient wireless configuration in the home makes use of this device much smoother.

Works fairly well; although distance still limited and micro USB cable for charger was faulty.

Bought this to replace an older model, same brand. A little complicated to set up but once done it works great!

If you have home automation that is a must. It also has more options for controlling devices like over Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and IR then the basic models.
