This is a good universal remote.. works pretty well with the Amazon Echo using IFTTT. The only thing it really needs is more automation hub support

This remote meets all my needs and allows me to control my devices anywhere in the house. My only slight annoyance is that I sometimes bump the screen buttons when simply handling the remote.

It is a great product with modern, fun features. Made my older TV more up-to-date being able to use voice commands.

I have used a Harmony remote for years. The screen on my old one was broken so I upgraded to the Elite. The only thing I don't like about it is that battery on the new one doesn't last as long as in the older one.

Remote was very easy to program using mobile device. Able to set up numerous devices and activities with no problems. Would warn that an efficient wireless configuration in the home makes use of this device much smoother.

I love this remote control. I can leave the cabinet doors closed where the cable box and DVR are located and don’t have to open them to activate them.

I've been a Logitech user for years and love the feel of this one especially the layout of the buttons. Plus the app is real handy to adjust things but the windows/mac software gui is the best i've used!

Bought for my son. He said he loves it. Controls everything he wants it to.

If you have home automation that is a must. It also has more options for controlling devices like over Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and IR then the basic models.

This is my third one. First time the set up can be a little tough for those who aren’t real familiar. But after that it’s a breeze. Best remote on the market for sure!

Easy set up, very east to use. Compatible to a large number of devices. Only downfall is we bought it because and older Logitech product would not be supported anymore.

Going from the three remotes I had before to this one universal remote was a big upgrade! I wish I'd had it set up and explained rather than doing it myself. Well designed from hold ability to multiple functions.

The Logitech Harmony Elite is a fantastic universal remote for our Samsung Smart TV. Wonderful features that allows this remote to control several other electronic equipment!

The is one of the best universal remotes available. It’s a little over priced and can get tricky on the set up/ programming.

Moved from old Harmony one, which was getting close to end of life. Very happy. Set Up was easy enough, once I got information needed for my SetTop box controller. Everything working well.

I replaced my multiple remotes with this Harmony and it has improved my control over my various media players and TV. The remote is very easy to use and set up is a snap.

I went from five remotes to one Harmony Elite. I was expecting it to require a lot of customizing but it went a lot faster than I ever imagined. Great purchase!!
