The is one of the best universal remotes available. It’s a little over priced and can get tricky on the set up/ programming.

Moved from old Harmony one, which was getting close to end of life. Very happy. Set Up was easy enough, once I got information needed for my SetTop box controller. Everything working well.

Never thought I would love something like this as a controller is so simple but truly does everything we need in the house. Great purchase for someone looking to have a smart home.

This remove is a nice upgrade from the old one. It has a better physical design and also has the ability to control more devices and activities. The screen placement is also an improvement.

Going from the three remotes I had before to this one universal remote was a big upgrade! I wish I'd had it set up and explained rather than doing it myself. Well designed from hold ability to multiple functions.

if you have a lot of devices and want to control them all this is for you. setup can be a bit of a chore but once you get it working it is very convenient .

Having the remote hub adds a nice touch to this easy to use remote. Battery life is a bit of a drain but other than that works great. Easy to update

expensive, but worth it, I replaced 8 remotes with just this one. It's a shame Logitech is not making them anymore.

Takes a while to understand how it works. But it is better than having all the remotes on your table.

I have been using an old UTC remote for 15 years and finally upgraded to the Harmony Elite Plus. The form factor is perfect, battery life is good, functionality very simple and easy to get started.

Works great. Works on all of my devices. Great range. No interference. Having the remote be rechargeable is great but I wish once charged that it would last longer. Love the remote.

Very surprised on how well phone works, clear connections and many great options. A great option to conventual landlines.

Since getting this remote, it’s been much better not having to fumble through 3 or 4 for the entire home theatre system! I definitely recommend this to help minimize or simplify your needs.

Purchased remote in combination with new TV/ entertainment set up. Elegant design, easy setup and use. I have purchased Logitech Universal remotes in the past, and the Elite is the best yet.

The elite took some time to justify the price point but after comparing to others feel, look, and capabilities it was easy to choose.

This took a while for Geek Squad to setup but worth the wait as everything is easy to use. Just a touch of a button and all components turn on. Easy to switch from gaming system to cable to sonos.

This is really easy to set up if you have a cable box, tv, xbox and sound system. but if you have a smart tv may not be worth the money

This is a great remote! I serious give it 5 stars if it also controlled RF devices. It is not an RF control! It only communicates RF to the hub.
