For the most part, it does what it's supposed to do and it's easy to use, but it can be glitchy at times. Also, it was disappointing to discover that it did NOT have voice recognition. At the price point of $300, I assumed that it did . . . but it should, especially by now (my 3-year-old Xfinity remote had it) and for that amount of money!

My Logitech Harmony Elite Remote is easy to use. It handles all my devices with one touch ease. The rest of the remotes are stored away.

The screen is not as bright or clear as the 900 I had. Button sensitivity is a little soft

This is the remote that you want to run all of your devices. I now have one device and I can hide all others in a drawer. So much easier to enjoy my system.

I was misled by the favorable reviews. On the plus side, it is a rechargeable remote and has a reasonably bright screen. Also, it can control many devices. On the negative side, the programming directions are abysmal - - I spent two hours+ unsuccessfully trying to program it, while talking to customer service at Logitech. I proceeded to hire a professional installer who wasted over two hours trying to program it and gave up and told me to return it. Instead, (stubbornly) I called Logitech again and found someone who knew what he was doing. Just under two hours later, it was programmed and works. By the way, the buttons on the remote don’t light up so I use my iPhone flashlight to see what buttons need pushing. I have a hard time believing the favorable reviews since I’m comfortable in doing amateur tech work. My desire to succeed was a waste of time I would have been better off spending a few hundred dollars more and getting a much better rechargeable remote.

Got the new Harmony system so that I could eliminate remotes and hide my devices. Works great, though wish IR blaster cables were longer.

I am happy with this device. No batteries need because it has a recharging hub. They could improve on the RF signal though.

Makes super easy to manage the tv, when you have many devices connected. (Apple TV, direct tv, dvd, security cameras, etc)

This is a really fantastic product. It makes switching from various devices so easy. I was so tired of having so many different remotes on the table, and now there is only one. I like that you have to charge it too.

Amazing remote. Not so amazing price. Sure, it will make your life convenient and automated, but considering the price - not so great.

I've owned many high end (and other Harmony) remotes...this one far exceeds those in every way. RF performs flawlessly, integration with Alexa is very good and setup was easy (especially firmware updates)

The bluetooth feature is awesome. I was able to program all my devices with this remote. The software that comes with it is very easy to use. The remote comes with charge cradle which looks nice by my bed table.

The Logitech Harmony Elite is a great Universal Remote. It has been discontinued and I purchased 2 to make sure I have a backup in the future.

Recently purchased the Logitech Harmony remote and this really is the best out there in terms custom control over your home theatre system. I highly recommend.

Good quality but they stopped making them so who knows how long

I bought this to upgrade from the harmony home. I linked it to amazon and logitech home hub extender. Now I can control lights,thermostat and front door locks. Plus have a nice remote in my hand.

Works good with my devices. If you have a Sony TV make sure you program it to on using the toggle button verses the on/off button. it does not work well if you don't.

Set up and controlled DVD Apple TV and the TV all in less than 10 minutes the activities feature is amazing can’t wait to hook up more smart products to control the house

Now we actually have two remotes, I don't have to beg my husband to give me the remote, I can turn up and down volume or change channel from my phone, Love it

I have set up many Logitech remotes and each one has been great. Love the RF on this unit and seems very reliable. Only con, poor battery life.
