Had a simpler version of the remote and wanted to up grade. Relatively easy to program. Can control Sonos system which is upstairs from the Harmony Elite which is in the basement. Would recommend to friends.

Simple to setup for most products. I would've given it 5 stars but it's a bit finicky with my Sony Soundbar.

Bought this to replace my aging Harmony One. Setup on the new Harmony Elite was much easier than the One. I love the ability to use my phone or tablet as well. All in all great purchase on a sale price.

The remote was not very intuitive and is a bit confusing to operate. You will need to hide it from your friends so they don't reprogram it

Because of my issues with my AV receiver I have not even opened the box. I will be opening it today with the purchase of a new receiver. My friends swear by this remote though, so I am excited

One control for all your devices. At first is a little bit complicated to install, but after a few minutes you discover its full potential

After 2 days of playing with this it’s still being finicky. Still can’t access smart tv features and apps. Wouldn’t recommend without having someone experienced with it set it up. I have a lot of experience setting up devices and this has been the most frustrating. It does allow us to control devices from a media closet but not all of their features.

Lots of options with this remote. Best feature is that it operates all of the devices behind a wall that the TV is mounted on, so noe visible cables or other boxes/DVD players/Apple TV, etc showing

Works great after I had to do a factory reset on it. apparently the first set up didn't go through properly but a reset fixed all my issues and it's been working great with nest, hue, tv, receiver and roku.

Easy to setup and use. The only problem is getting the IR IN LINE

This remote changed my whole life. I literally don't touch a single switch or button in my house now that I have this remote linked up to my Echo and all my other home automation devices!!!! A MUST BUY!!

I love the Harmony remotes. They take some time to learn how to use but once you learn its worth the effort. Replaced 5 remotes on day one. This remote can also be used with my Philips Hue lighting system

I like this phone but the Best Buy sales person was an expert and was well trained on my carrier terms. This made it easy to buy.They also transfers from old to new.

LOVE THE REMOTE.MY WIFE IS SO HAPPY THAT SHE HAS ONLY ONE REMOTE AND CAN EASILY NAVIGATE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. IT WAS A BIT PRICEY BUT WHAT A JOY IN IT DAILY USE. IF BUGETIS NOT A HUGE CONCERN YOU WILL LOVE IT.

I bought this because my wife and kids could not turn everything on correctly and were frustrated. I will say this does work to talk to alexa and turn on and off. The problem is it does not work every time. The receiver for this that you put in the cabinet is not strong enough signal. It has to sit just right to reach both the TV and the Denon receiver. It does work but for the price should be better.

Great controller however Geek Squad installed home theater system did not need this special remote since Comcast controller worker best for my system

I'm sure this really works well. But I found an app to work better with my TV's. I was using this for 4 TV's Samsung (same model) and 4 Roku's Stick. The remote would not work independently because the TV's didn't have IP's. Used the Smart Things app for the TV's instead and the Roku app.

While I was hopeful this would be the "do-all" remote we have struggled with it to say the least. I had Best Buy do the install of it with other new products all at the same time. I would say it works like I think it should maybe 70% of the time.Ive had Best Buy back to work on it 3 times since purchase was made. For the price paid I don't call that successful in my mind. I would not spend this much money again on there products.
