We got this because our cable box was far away from where we watched tv. It worked fine but was a little hard to program. Cost was nigh too

love this remote! thorough updating, new tv, ceiling speakers, receiver to achieve Atmos. couple of trips as things came in...all the guys were great !

I would think that a $350 programmable remote would at the very least include a manual, or at least give you the option to print one from the web, but no - all this thing has is on-screen helps, which are of little help. They don't begin to answer all the questions I have about trying to set this thing up! (And I am no novice at audio-video.) I will either have to resort to Geek Squad help, or return this thing - not sure yet which I will do.

Everything was perfect except it didn't work as we had thought. Having problems connecting all the devices together.

This remote is very easy to use. All of the button options are clear with touch screen. The charging station is a plus without having to worry about batteries.

Nice to have all of your remotes consolidated into one device. Our Best Buy Media Room Consultant recommended this and we have been very happy

I just purchased this to replace my Harmony one that I have had for many years. This remote is easy to program, easy to use and had incredible features. I can control my Xbox, TV, Sonos, Element, and Fios Box

Great product. Combines free and infrared remotes to seamlessly operate system. Logitech needs to continue line.

I had the other harmony remote hub but needed something with backlighting. This remote has been absolutely fantastic and I highly recommended it.

Great for all the household needs. Especially helpful is the hub feature that allows you to control devices through your phone that didn't use to be able to be controlled over wi-fi. Nice feature.

Good addition to home theater set up. Controls all electronics in the house, including "smart home" devices. Extremely easy to configure with mobile app.

The remote works great now I don't have to use 3 difference one's the only thing I don't like is the light don't stay on long enough.

Had a Logitech remote a while ago and didn’t like it that much, and battery life was not good. This is a much better remote, easy to use. Definitely worth the money.

I bought to replace an old Monster (but Harmony-driven) remote cause I replaced several components. I wanted something to control the new and thought it would be compatible with the old, including my z-wave light switches. Website says the remote was compatible, but it didn’t mention that it is only compatible IF you buy another hub type component for another $60 bucks. The remote is RF, but it only goes to the hub which then transmits only IR. You can use the remote to control only, but that negates the ability to control w the hub. I got it set up, I would get some components responding sometimes and other ones not responding w others. I tried moving the hub, adding/moving IR blasters, etc, and couldn’t get it to work anywhere near reliably, especially with my cable box. Part of the problem is that the box is RF controlled and in a cabinet. The remote itself was not getting through the cabinet well enough an couldn’t use the hub, etc. I finally returned it because it just didn’t suit MY particular needs. Would only recommend if you have to control only IR controlled components together.

This remote has allowed me to control all my devices from oñe remote as well as to close the doors on the cabinet.

So happy with this purchase. Controls TV, soundbar, Lights, etc. Averages about 2-2.5 days of between charges. Charges fairly quickly. Easy to update/manage.

The only reason I said yes to this, as these are very expensive, is they work through our built in cabinets. So we don't have to open the doors anymore and leave them open to use the remote.

This thing is absolutely not worth the price. The touch screen is super sensitive, and if you're not crazy careful when picking it up, you're almost guaranteed to accidentally activate a function and interrupt whatever you're watching. It's a hassle to set up, and I ran into several quirks which may be due to my specific equipment or the remote, like my soundbar not changing the volume when I can see it registering the clicks on the remote. After I changed my wifi network I had to reboot the remote to get rid of an error message and it erased all my activities. I got a Sofabaton for $60 bucks to replace it and am happier with it than I ever was with the Harmony. A real shame, because the Harmony I had 10 years ago was great, but they've really messed it up in the later versions. Save your money and avoid a lot of frustration and buyer's remorse.
