Lots of options with this remote. Best feature is that it operates all of the devices behind a wall that the TV is mounted on, so noe visible cables or other boxes/DVD players/Apple TV, etc showing

This thing is absolutely not worth the price. The touch screen is super sensitive, and if you're not crazy careful when picking it up, you're almost guaranteed to accidentally activate a function and interrupt whatever you're watching. It's a hassle to set up, and I ran into several quirks which may be due to my specific equipment or the remote, like my soundbar not changing the volume when I can see it registering the clicks on the remote. After I changed my wifi network I had to reboot the remote to get rid of an error message and it erased all my activities. I got a Sofabaton for $60 bucks to replace it and am happier with it than I ever was with the Harmony. A real shame, because the Harmony I had 10 years ago was great, but they've really messed it up in the later versions. Save your money and avoid a lot of frustration and buyer's remorse.

I bought this because my wife and kids could not turn everything on correctly and were frustrated. I will say this does work to talk to alexa and turn on and off. The problem is it does not work every time. The receiver for this that you put in the cabinet is not strong enough signal. It has to sit just right to reach both the TV and the Denon receiver. It does work but for the price should be better.

This remote is very easy to use. All of the button options are clear with touch screen. The charging station is a plus without having to worry about batteries.

Product works well with my home theater setup. The instructions in the box were easy to understand and setup through the app was intuitive. I turn 9 remotes into one. Can be used with smart home devices.

This remote changed my whole life. I literally don't touch a single switch or button in my house now that I have this remote linked up to my Echo and all my other home automation devices!!!! A MUST BUY!!

Works great after I had to do a factory reset on it. apparently the first set up didn't go through properly but a reset fixed all my issues and it's been working great with nest, hue, tv, receiver and roku.

I love the Harmony remotes. They take some time to learn how to use but once you learn its worth the effort. Replaced 5 remotes on day one. This remote can also be used with my Philips Hue lighting system

Good addition to home theater set up. Controls all electronics in the house, including "smart home" devices. Extremely easy to configure with mobile app.

LOVE THE REMOTE.MY WIFE IS SO HAPPY THAT SHE HAS ONLY ONE REMOTE AND CAN EASILY NAVIGATE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. IT WAS A BIT PRICEY BUT WHAT A JOY IN IT DAILY USE. IF BUGETIS NOT A HUGE CONCERN YOU WILL LOVE IT.

Excellent product. Performs as advertised. Purchased it for my 95 year old mother to help her navigate through her channels with ease.

This is the best remote I’ve had so far. Love the charging feature instead of the AAA or AA batteries

I bought one of these years ago, and bought another for a new home theater setup in a different room. I don't know if I just forgot how painful the setup was, or if it has gotten much worse. I was stuck in an endless loop of repeating setup steps forever. It took a bunch of random restarting of devices before it magically stopped giving me errors. There might be a single hamster powering the Logitech servers. They should feed that poor creature more often. Even after that, it was totally confusing how to set up activities properly. I still can't get it to use my receiver for the volume when I am watching my Apple TV. Logitech seems to want to simply the setup process for non-technical users, but instead has made it completely incomprehensible. It made me miss the days of spending 3 hours pointing individual remotes at a universal remote to program every single button manually.

Everything was perfect except it didn't work as we had thought. Having problems connecting all the devices together.

Very pleased - the Elite is expensive but it works!. Setup using my iPhone didn't work; switched to my laptop and setup went well.

While I was hopeful this would be the "do-all" remote we have struggled with it to say the least. I had Best Buy do the install of it with other new products all at the same time. I would say it works like I think it should maybe 70% of the time.Ive had Best Buy back to work on it 3 times since purchase was made. For the price paid I don't call that successful in my mind. I would not spend this much money again on there products.

Had a Logitech remote a while ago and didn’t like it that much, and battery life was not good. This is a much better remote, easy to use. Definitely worth the money.

So happy with this purchase. Controls TV, soundbar, Lights, etc. Averages about 2-2.5 days of between charges. Charges fairly quickly. Easy to update/manage.

Really good quality. This remote is hard to use, but it does have a learning curve. Once you get used to it. Its wonderful.
