Everything on the surface of the Harmony Elite awesome (easy setup, features, etc.) but when it comes time to setup it leaves a lot to be desired, especially for the price. All I need it to do is manage a Samsung TV, Samsung 4k Blu-ray player, and Denon receiver. When I did the initial setup to connect to the hub it worked great. Then, like other reviewers, after I added my devices (which was easy), the hub disappeared. Now, despite seeing the hub on the network and being able to ping it, my iphone app doesn't see the hub - just spins and spins searching. On top of that, no matter how i time the startup of the three devices, one of the three never powers on or powers off with the others when i power them up/down all at once. Full disclosure: I haven't contacted support yet, because i simply don't have time to call them - especially when the product should be expected to work as advertised. Aside from that its made of solid material and has a great feel, but usability is poor. Back to just using three remotes.

This product was recommended by the Best Buy Home Theater Expert because we wanted to have an all in one that would work if the components were inside a cabinet with doors. This remote did the trick

First time setup was straight forward. 250 is a little pricey but presets control all equipment in theater room

Geek Squad installed new home theatre system and new Harmony Elite Remote. Very pleased. Nit-pix - does not rest easily in hand.& feels unbalanced. Just one little touch inadvertenly causes chaos.

This is a great remote. This works with almost everything. But does not work with TP Link Kasa light switches.

I have two Harmony Companion's. My thought was that this would make things easier with the color touch display as my home theater get more complex. It seems like there is always an issue. I get two days at most before having to put the unit in the charger. No where near what the manufacturer advertises. No number keys are just about a deal breaker. I realize you can access them with a couple swipes, but it is a hassle. Half the time the numbers don't respond, and since there is no feel in the touch, I have to look at the remote instead of the TV. Nothing more frustrating than seeing two of the numbers respond but the unit doesn't recognize the third so you have to start over. Activities are great, but when starting them they do not always respond and I have to try it again. Given all of these issues, I would stick with the Companion. It is more reliable and half the price.

This remote works well once setup is completed. It takes some getting used to because there is not physical number pad on the remote.

I bought this remote to control my cable box and DVD player inside of a cabinet. I am satisfied with the results so far.

logitech owns this retail space. I will always go with the harmony line of products. This one has a lot of unique features that are not on the others. This makes having multiple devices EASY!

this remote is easy to setup and can control everything from home theatre to lights ditch the 5-6 remotes for the 1 saves on batteries and lost remotes

My son needed an updated remote. He’s had his old Harmony for about ten years. Got this during a promotion to trade in older one for discount on new one. Great deal on a great product.

It is a great remote that is easy to use. It would be nice if there were buttons vs. touch screen option for the page up/down when reviewing the TV guide.

Multiple feature remote adequate for planned installation. Accepts iPhone input.

I love how this can be paired with Google home and also has the option of a ps4 activity. I love how there are desperate buttons for devices and activities now unlike the ultimate one.

Definitely a big jump for the harmony line of remotes. Programming is streamlined and simple. Can even control a Fire stick!

I had the original LogiTech Harmony remote from about 10years ago and upgrade/updated with the recent upgrade of my other electronics. Great products.

I've tried many other all-in-one remotes, including Harmony devices. This is the best one yet. Easy to set up with a little bit of patience and works great. Put away all those extra remotes.

Works as advertised. Seamless set up. Great look. Works great with my 15 year old Onkyo system. Great remote. A bit overpriced..
