Multiple feature remote adequate for planned installation. Accepts iPhone input.

Everything on the surface of the Harmony Elite awesome (easy setup, features, etc.) but when it comes time to setup it leaves a lot to be desired, especially for the price. All I need it to do is manage a Samsung TV, Samsung 4k Blu-ray player, and Denon receiver. When I did the initial setup to connect to the hub it worked great. Then, like other reviewers, after I added my devices (which was easy), the hub disappeared. Now, despite seeing the hub on the network and being able to ping it, my iphone app doesn't see the hub - just spins and spins searching. On top of that, no matter how i time the startup of the three devices, one of the three never powers on or powers off with the others when i power them up/down all at once. Full disclosure: I haven't contacted support yet, because i simply don't have time to call them - especially when the product should be expected to work as advertised. Aside from that its made of solid material and has a great feel, but usability is poor. Back to just using three remotes.

First time setup was straight forward. 250 is a little pricey but presets control all equipment in theater room

This is a great remote. This works with almost everything. But does not work with TP Link Kasa light switches.

It does everything that you want. The blasters have great range. It took a little time learning to change things through the phone app. I like the resources available to make sure everything is working.

Amazing functionality and customization capability. The Hasidic feedback is annoying at times but thumbs on functionality!

I have it hooked up to run everything my TV, surround sound, X-box, 4k player and even the lights. when I sit in my chair I run everything thru it, and its easy to operate once you have it setup.

It is a great remote that is easy to use. It would be nice if there were buttons vs. touch screen option for the page up/down when reviewing the TV guide.

This is our third Harmony remote, and unfortunately, the first one was the best. The two purchased later have been frustrating to use, easy to hit the wrong buttons, and at times changing channels without anyone touching them (losing all shows or sporting events that are on pause). I wish I could recommend, but I can't.

Love the Harmony Remote! It is Costly, but worth it. Very Simple to use and connects to many devices. Its better than having 10 remotes!

This product was recommended by the Best Buy Home Theater Expert because we wanted to have an all in one that would work if the components were inside a cabinet with doors. This remote did the trick

I had the original LogiTech Harmony remote from about 10years ago and upgrade/updated with the recent upgrade of my other electronics. Great products.

I have two Harmony Companion's. My thought was that this would make things easier with the color touch display as my home theater get more complex. It seems like there is always an issue. I get two days at most before having to put the unit in the charger. No where near what the manufacturer advertises. No number keys are just about a deal breaker. I realize you can access them with a couple swipes, but it is a hassle. Half the time the numbers don't respond, and since there is no feel in the touch, I have to look at the remote instead of the TV. Nothing more frustrating than seeing two of the numbers respond but the unit doesn't recognize the third so you have to start over. Activities are great, but when starting them they do not always respond and I have to try it again. Given all of these issues, I would stick with the Companion. It is more reliable and half the price.

I bought this remote to control my cable box and DVD player inside of a cabinet. I am satisfied with the results so far.

Geek Squad installed new home theatre system and new Harmony Elite Remote. Very pleased. Nit-pix - does not rest easily in hand.& feels unbalanced. Just one little touch inadvertenly causes chaos.

logitech owns this retail space. I will always go with the harmony line of products. This one has a lot of unique features that are not on the others. This makes having multiple devices EASY!

This remote works well once setup is completed. It takes some getting used to because there is not physical number pad on the remote.

The Harmony Elite Remote Control Is An Excellent Remote Control. Just Wish Logitech Would Continue To Make Them!!!
