Love the Harmony Remote! It is Costly, but worth it. Very Simple to use and connects to many devices. Its better than having 10 remotes!

This is our third Harmony remote, and unfortunately, the first one was the best. The two purchased later have been frustrating to use, easy to hit the wrong buttons, and at times changing channels without anyone touching them (losing all shows or sporting events that are on pause). I wish I could recommend, but I can't.

Great simple product that covers the basic audio & video setup. Surround sound speakers, tv, blue-ray,

if one has amazon alexa along with harmony elite, sometimes commands can bit be buggy. But overall, great remote.

Great addition to my tv watching experience. It was programmed by Geek Squad. Very easy to use. I have arthritis.

I was never a fan universal remotes and always felt they failed to meet expectations. This remote proved me wrong and met them all. Easy to use and set up.

I finally decided to let my Harmony One retire, and I am glad I did! This remote is great, and easier for those less tech-savvy in my house to use.

Makes using multiple devices so easy to use! One remote to turn on TV, sound bar and Apple TV all in one push of a button! Amazing!!! PLUS a smart phone app! Ahhh!

Good remote and easy to program for all of your devices. Plus it integrates with Alexa. Great remote to eliminate all the other remotes you have sitting around.

Was difficult to set up. Their service desk asked me to contact Sony to make tv setup changes made by Best Buy Geek Squad. After research I determined this was not needed and figured out the setup. The software allows only direct connection to Netflix, other sites require using tv software eliminating direct connection ( eg Hulu)This was Elite model. It did eliminate 2/3 remotes.

Amazing functionality and customization capability. The Hasidic feedback is annoying at times but thumbs on functionality!

This remote has potential but it cannot control all of my devices. It can properly control my PS4 or AppleTV. The devices it does control have a generic non-intuitive skill set. It is a year and a dozen good coders from being something I will keep. It also is very expensive for what it does. Goes back to my nearest Best Buy tomorrow's.

Bought this to control apple tv, sony soundbar, and samsung tv. Works great. Definitely a bit a of learning curve, but the more you use it, the easier it becomes.

I like the fact that I can use my phone to control my entertainment center. So easy even my wife can use it. The amazon echo adds another level of novelty to the entertainment experience.

Very easy to set up and connect. The user interface is extremely easy to understand. Comes with a small charging stand which I would recommend using each evening to keep the remote fully charged.

I looks like a good product, and eliminates several remotes, but we are still learning how it works....

This remote does everything I wanted of it and more. If there was anything that could be better, I would make the3 buttons or the spaces between them aa little larger.

We love our Harmony remote! Finally we only need to keep track of one device to control all of our rather complicated home theater setup. Totally worth the investment.

I have all the cable box and DVD player in a closet. Edited I purchased the remote we had to Stand by the closet to change channels or inputs! Now we don't! It works from across the room!

Does not come with a paper manual and going online to find answers is a pain. Always liked a paper manual. Also support is only for 90 days so if you don't get it set up the way you want it within the 90 days you will pay each time you call. It did not load my cable box remote functions correctly and so I made my first call. Made other calls for various issues. Hard to self fix issues. Very sensitive touch controls.
