been using Harmony remotes for few years,. Easy to program, back up programming is in cloud. Good buy for the money.

It is a good remote control but I ended up returning it because both my television and receiver came with universal remotes as well as the option to use my phone as a remote.

Very easy to use and works 100% of the time have the ability to change movies to television to music it is an excellent device sorry I didn't get it a while back instead of using 4 remotes

Not sure what to get someone that has it all? They probably don’t have his remote! I purchased this as a gift for a colleague, I’m sure they’ll be excited!

I Own an audio installation company and have installed many of these, they are all smooth easy flowing processes to add activity and devices to the remote.

I had one for my living room and purchased another for my bedroom. I also had the older version not too long ago and they last a very long time.

Perhaps it is because the Best Buy installers programmed the remote for us, but it doesn't do what it is supposed to do ... and what it does do, it does so inconsistently. It is supposed to turn on and off and control multiple devices. It controls the game system sometimes, the blu ray player not at all, and the smart TV partially and inconsistently. Sometimes it turns the TV on when you tell it to; sometimes it doesn't. It has limited functionality, so if you are for example trying to watch "on demand" programming, you will still need the cable remote. In fact, we have found that you need to have all of the remotes handy to control the devices when the Logitech fails. Add to this that when you push a button on the keypad it doesn't always register it and you have an almost useless product. Sometimes I have to hit a key once, sometimes twice, sometimes three times before the remote registers it. If you're typing in a three-digit channel, it's a roll of the dice where you will end up. It takes me three or four tries sometimes to simply change the channel on the TV. What a useless product.

This divice works excellently. It is back lit, controlles the lights in my theater room. Has a streamlined contol to operate the dvd or tv with one command.

Good product but I expected more out of it and a little less complication to set up and use.

Love having one remote for all of our equipment. Still learning how to operate it but it was definitely worth the upgrade

Great to have one remote do it all and being able to use my phone as backup is great. A little confusing at first but worth it in the end. It is a bit pricey.

Remote makes it easy to find what you are looking for faster and easier. Takes some time to get use to as it is different from older generation Harmony.

I programmed it myself. It took awhile to get over the fear of failure. Once you try the instructions, you can see how simple it is to install. Also their technical support was wonderful.

The only all in one remote you’ll ever need. Not only is the remote itself cool, but the ability to use any smartphone with the hub makes this a great buy. Highly recommend!

takes a while to get every thingg set up proprty but once completed it works seamlessly with other devices

A replacement for our ten year old Logitech remote, we programmed it ourselves! Sad to hear Logitech will no longer make these

This remote works very well and allows you to get rid of most of the other remotes you might need!

This is a good remote with lots of functionality, but sometimes it is hard ot sync the smartphone app with the handheld unit.

i am using this for my home theater. its really very easy to control projector, X box. receiver. it has been working great. i would recommend it to everyone.
