My husband and I love that remote we like the fact that you could ask for help and they would help you on the remote so overall we have it now for about a month very good I would say very good

Much easier to use and update than my prior $1250 RTI remote. Battery charge is longer and it is easier to do just about everything. I have two of these for both of my systems. Great product

A replacement for our ten year old Logitech remote, we programmed it ourselves! Sad to hear Logitech will no longer make these

Good product but I expected more out of it and a little less complication to set up and use.

Super easy to use and even easier to setup- Not always reliable for getting all devices to turn on but I have a complex setup.

I was concerned about missing number keys, but favorite channel list and ability to run Sonos easily made up for it. Great remote.

This divice works excellently. It is back lit, controlles the lights in my theater room. Has a streamlined contol to operate the dvd or tv with one command.

It is a good remote control but I ended up returning it because both my television and receiver came with universal remotes as well as the option to use my phone as a remote.

got tired of using multiple remotes, or other universal ones that didn't control this device, or that device, and still having to use 2 remotes. this one works with all of my devices.

been using Harmony remotes for few years,. Easy to program, back up programming is in cloud. Good buy for the money.

Great to have one remote do it all and being able to use my phone as backup is great. A little confusing at first but worth it in the end. It is a bit pricey.

After looking at very expensive home theater solutions, finally decided on the Harmony Elite. It's compatible with everything in my system and all the smart home appliances I plan on using.

Remote makes it easy to find what you are looking for faster and easier. Takes some time to get use to as it is different from older generation Harmony.

Very easy to use and works 100% of the time have the ability to change movies to television to music it is an excellent device sorry I didn't get it a while back instead of using 4 remotes

Finally when harmony gets a remote right they decide to get out of the remote business. Great remote but sad to see it go.

The world of combined remote controls for home theater are feast or famine. There's maybe three or four decent ones out there, but this isn't one. This one was $300 and it just isn't great. We like the rechargeable battery, but the touchscreen is just not user friendly. You touch the screen and sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. Good luck punching in a security/parental control code or any sort of password on this thing. It's awkward at best. Good thing the kids don't watch TV anymore. Also, just accidentally brush up against the touchscreen or any of the buttons, and you've changed all the TV/Home theater functions, usually in the middle of a great show, of course. Really annoying. Nobody uses their phone to control their TV. You can't control the volume of your home theater from it, so why bother? It's a nice feature, but hasn't really been one I've used. And good luck programming it if the Best Buy guys came and did it. Nobody left me a password and I'm stuck. I can't get in to fix anything. ARGH. Finally, who decided to put the record button right below the left back button on the remote? I've accidentally recorded so many programs by pressing the record button when I didn't mean to while not looking at the remote. More annoyances. Overall, this remote isn't worth the $300. Its functionality is decent, but the touchscreen is annoyingly bad, and the button placement on the remote is puzzling and awkward. My $35 Logitech harmony remote is a better design. I'd look somewhere else or wait until somebody actually designs one with some thought put into it. Avoid this one.

This remote works very well and allows you to get rid of most of the other remotes you might need!

Perhaps it is because the Best Buy installers programmed the remote for us, but it doesn't do what it is supposed to do ... and what it does do, it does so inconsistently. It is supposed to turn on and off and control multiple devices. It controls the game system sometimes, the blu ray player not at all, and the smart TV partially and inconsistently. Sometimes it turns the TV on when you tell it to; sometimes it doesn't. It has limited functionality, so if you are for example trying to watch "on demand" programming, you will still need the cable remote. In fact, we have found that you need to have all of the remotes handy to control the devices when the Logitech fails. Add to this that when you push a button on the keypad it doesn't always register it and you have an almost useless product. Sometimes I have to hit a key once, sometimes twice, sometimes three times before the remote registers it. If you're typing in a three-digit channel, it's a roll of the dice where you will end up. It takes me three or four tries sometimes to simply change the channel on the TV. What a useless product.

i am using this for my home theater. its really very easy to control projector, X box. receiver. it has been working great. i would recommend it to everyone.
