It’s cool but doesn’t do what I thought I needed it for.

Seriously the best remote. It was my first Logitech remote and I am definitely a new believer in their products. The remote was easy to setup and works using Alexa, iPad, iPhone, etc.

This remote really comes in handy, easy to set up and great if you have a lot of components and want to simplify things

I have had several harmony remotes and this is by far the best one. I have several devices this is controlling including a projector and a recessed screen. It is easy for my family to use.

The world of combined remote controls for home theater are feast or famine. There's maybe three or four decent ones out there, but this isn't one. This one was $300 and it just isn't great. We like the rechargeable battery, but the touchscreen is just not user friendly. You touch the screen and sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. Good luck punching in a security/parental control code or any sort of password on this thing. It's awkward at best. Good thing the kids don't watch TV anymore. Also, just accidentally brush up against the touchscreen or any of the buttons, and you've changed all the TV/Home theater functions, usually in the middle of a great show, of course. Really annoying. Nobody uses their phone to control their TV. You can't control the volume of your home theater from it, so why bother? It's a nice feature, but hasn't really been one I've used. And good luck programming it if the Best Buy guys came and did it. Nobody left me a password and I'm stuck. I can't get in to fix anything. ARGH. Finally, who decided to put the record button right below the left back button on the remote? I've accidentally recorded so many programs by pressing the record button when I didn't mean to while not looking at the remote. More annoyances. Overall, this remote isn't worth the $300. Its functionality is decent, but the touchscreen is annoyingly bad, and the button placement on the remote is puzzling and awkward. My $35 Logitech harmony remote is a better design. I'd look somewhere else or wait until somebody actually designs one with some thought put into it. Avoid this one.

I love this remote. It controls everything. My system is pretty complex and this remote makes it so someone who does not understand it can actually run it. It's very easy to program.

I have used Harmony Remotes for years. Loved the Harmony One and the 650. I have 3 of them. I purchased the Harmony Elite because some of my devices are blocked from line of sight control. I cannot recommend the Harmony Elite for anyone that has more than a simple implementation. There are too many limitations and bugs. For example, I have two different ways of watching TV. It only allows Favorites for one way to watch TV. Same thing for Roku. Pressing the LCD buttons works intermittently. They removed many of the buttons from the control like numbers so that they could add more programmable buttons for home automation. Programming with my LG smart TV was terrible. I had to limit the number of inputs to make it work. I hope in the future they correct these issues. For now, I am just setting it aside and going back to my 650. Even with the line of sight issues, it was easier to program and use.

This is a pretty good product. I wish it had more in depth customization in programing for advanced programmers.

Each time I buy a remote over the years, they get better. More functionality, longer lasting battery, etc. This latest one in the best!

Finally when harmony gets a remote right they decide to get out of the remote business. Great remote but sad to see it go.

I found this very easy to set up as it transfered all the macros I had set up from a previous model. The battery lasts quite long.

Once setup, amazingly simple. The setup for Dish was a bit more work, but after some additional setup, worked great! If you have too man remotes, the Harmony is for you.

It's ok but once in a while you have to sync or reboot the control after a few days not using it. But other than that it's great.

Excellent remote. Returned because of ending support from Logitech.

This product has a lot of good features and I was willing to pay the price of $370 because it could control devices like the receiver and set top box in another room. The problem the set up instructions are not complete enough and do not address bringing on the television that is in the room you are controlling from and right now I am using a separate control to do that.

Great product! Set up takes a little time and understanding.

Good product. Saves on the amount of remotes needed. Could be a little more intuitive on switching between devices during an activity but overall a quality remote.

I had previously owned the older version of the Logitech Harmony remote which after 5 yrs stilled work but due to wear and tear we decided to upgrade. I like this new version but the buttons are definitely smaller in size and the "charge" on this remote barely holds for 24 hrs. We constantly are having to charge this remote. The Geek Squad had set up the remote & gentleman who programmed the remote advised us to allow the remote to deplete its battery charge prior to putting it in the charging station so as to not wear out the rechargeable batteries but seriously we get about one day prior to having to charge the remote! The older version would go for days prior to having to charge it. When the remote works - it works great except for the #s when inputting a tv station. You have to be extremely exact while being "quick" enough to input a double digit channel # or you end up with just one # or a wrong channel. Honestly as I type this review I realize how unhappy I am with this remote. The older version was better & considering the cost of this "new" Logitech Harmony I would have wished for a more responsive device that would hold a charge

The harmony system is great for the price. If you have a complex setup or want to automate startup/shutdown steps, this is a great system.
