Best remote on the market. It can control everything.

The Geek squad cam to install it and found that the older one was working correctly- so didn't need a new one- Love the tech!!

Remote control is easy to operate. Excellent design. All necessary connections were made.

This product has a lot of good features and I was willing to pay the price of $370 because it could control devices like the receiver and set top box in another room. The problem the set up instructions are not complete enough and do not address bringing on the television that is in the room you are controlling from and right now I am using a separate control to do that.

So sensitive to the touch that I can not pick it up without sending an unexpected command.

Good product. Saves on the amount of remotes needed. Could be a little more intuitive on switching between devices during an activity but overall a quality remote.

It's ok but once in a while you have to sync or reboot the control after a few days not using it. But other than that it's great.

Awesome product product so good I just wish I could order two or three of them sometimes I want to order two or three in but I just can't afford to order them so I don't but I wish I could

I upgraded from a Harmony remote with IR only and wish I would have upgraded sooner. I also love the fact I can talk to my android phone to run my harmony activities.

This is by far the best and user friendly remote I have used! The programming of the remote is so easy my 11 year old did it for me. The one touch system is great

I had previously owned the older version of the Logitech Harmony remote which after 5 yrs stilled work but due to wear and tear we decided to upgrade. I like this new version but the buttons are definitely smaller in size and the "charge" on this remote barely holds for 24 hrs. We constantly are having to charge this remote. The Geek Squad had set up the remote & gentleman who programmed the remote advised us to allow the remote to deplete its battery charge prior to putting it in the charging station so as to not wear out the rechargeable batteries but seriously we get about one day prior to having to charge the remote! The older version would go for days prior to having to charge it. When the remote works - it works great except for the #s when inputting a tv station. You have to be extremely exact while being "quick" enough to input a double digit channel # or you end up with just one # or a wrong channel. Honestly as I type this review I realize how unhappy I am with this remote. The older version was better & considering the cost of this "new" Logitech Harmony I would have wished for a more responsive device that would hold a charge

I had the older version of this remote. Programming was a pain. I can do so much with this. So much flexibility. I’m overwhelmed with the options.

Bought a more expensive remote before. The rf transmitter broke inside the remote. Wouldn’t replace. Tried this harmony instead. For a fraction of the price... way better!

I am constantly having to recharge my remote because the battery life doesn’t last long. Often times when I try to watch tv, it will turn on the direct tv and my receiver for sound but not the tv itself. Very finicky remote and would not pay full price for it.

Setup was easy and I love the options. Sometimes it gets in the wrong screen but still pretty cool for when you want one remote for everything.

This is my third Harmony Elite. I enjoy the ease of use and having just one remote. Thank you Geek Squad!

It took me a few days to get it down but now that I have, this thing so perfect. It’s powerful, easy to use, change and it’s also colorful and easy for my guests to use.

Simple sleek only thing that could make it better is if it could do the Comcast voice remote control

Love my Harmony remotes. I can close the doors so the equipment does not show and operate all of my devises.
