I am constantly having to recharge my remote because the battery life doesn’t last long. Often times when I try to watch tv, it will turn on the direct tv and my receiver for sound but not the tv itself. Very finicky remote and would not pay full price for it.

Setup was easy and I love the options. Sometimes it gets in the wrong screen but still pretty cool for when you want one remote for everything.

It works great one you get the setup right for all your devices, My only negative is the touch screen on the remote couldn't have been more responsive

Easy setup. Love the IPhone app. The only downside...the touchscreen can be finicky. Plan on buying another for upstairs.

The remote is amazing. It controls my entire house. Turns on my lights, adjusted my thermostat, and the level of customization that you can do is unparalleled. Highly recommend.

This remote was easy to setup do to the harmony wizard. all you have to know is how your stuff is connected and then just follow along the easy questions.

Easy to install and easy to use. I had a harmony before this one so installation was minor as it copied all of the other funtions from my previous remote. Workis great with Alexa

Awesome. Controls everything with one button. On and off. Just enter the model numbers for your components and it does the rest.

I had real reservations about my ability to program this device. What a surprise. It is incredibly user friendly and a snap to program. Works flawlessly and is amazingly versatile.

An excellent choice for entertainment control system. Is superior to the Harmony 900 System that I replaced. Much quicker and more reliable. Integrates nicely with Amazon echo dot.

Using to control my TV and entertainment center. Works great most of the time. It often goes stupid and forgets what it's doing. But it does what I intended it to do.

Have to get used to the touch screen and what to do with some of the buttons should probably read the manual front to back

Great- I just wish the screen could transform to all numbers for TV input. Maybe it can- I just haven't figured it out yet?

Love my Harmony remotes. I can close the doors so the equipment does not show and operate all of my devises.

Takes some getting used to but works great with all my devices. I thought recharging was going to be a pain but it’s not at all.
