I was hesitant to spend that much on a remote but this was well worth the money. Now I’m looking to see how much I can control from this remote! Very easy set up and use.

This is such a great remote. It’s always a stressful time replacing the main remote in the house but this one went over well.

Overall, it works fine and like the digital display, but set up was challenging.

Geek Squad installed and configured the Harmony remote for us and it's working very well. This is our second Harmony remote and we're happy with both.

A little pricey obviously, but functionality wise it's great. No issues with our receiver, TV, Xbox One X or PS4 Pro. Also super convenient for Hue setups.

Not having to look for all the remote control from all my home theater equipment is awesome, this remote control all of that plus it controls the ceiling lights as well.

I purchased this remote as an update to my Harmony 1100 model. I miss the big touch screen but it is still a good remote. I plan to use if for smart home items as well in the future.

After upgrading my home theater system with high end components, the Harmony elite was recommended. Just after one year ( just past the warranty) it stopped working, screen went gray and all functions stopped. At the time it was $350, not worth a cent now. I will not use Harmony in the future again.

Easy to program, eliminated 5 remotes in 1 room, then bought a second one and eliminated 4 remotes in another room.

I was hesitant at first and I am sure I don’t use this remote to its fullest potential. It is awesome to conserve the look of my family room without bulky equipment.

I exchanged an older harmony for this, so I already know how well harmony works, very good, also controls all my lights, I just wish it could control over RC as well, but it's great

Using this to replace 5 remotes. LG TV, Sony Receiver, PS3, Directv, and Roku. Effortless setup and flawless operation. 3rd Logitech remote over 15 years, never disappointed.

My wife's now able to use the harmony to watch TV - be it broadcast TV, Amazon Prime, or Netflix, without issues, all with this one new remote. Nuf said. :-)

This control is a must have. It literally controls every single device in our media room from light to projector to cable box to hard disk. Anything and everything we love it!

This is a nice attempt to make a universal remote actually work. However, it is missing the mark still. We still go back to using the original remotes for devices. They are so much more comprehensive in their abilities. So the remote is still disappointing and will collect a lot of dust.

Technology is a little dated. The web app is not very user friendly. Once you get through the initial set up it works ok. Battery life on the remote should be better than what it is. I spent the better part of the day just trying to get it set up on my WiFi. Turns out it doesn't accept any network name that has special symbols or anything.
