The remote is amazing. It controls my entire house. Turns on my lights, adjusted my thermostat, and the level of customization that you can do is unparalleled. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the harmony remotes are no longer in production but it still works and suits my needs.

Easy setup. Love the IPhone app. The only downside...the touchscreen can be finicky. Plan on buying another for upstairs.

Easy to install and easy to use. I had a harmony before this one so installation was minor as it copied all of the other funtions from my previous remote. Workis great with Alexa

This is a nice attempt to make a universal remote actually work. However, it is missing the mark still. We still go back to using the original remotes for devices. They are so much more comprehensive in their abilities. So the remote is still disappointing and will collect a lot of dust.

I had real reservations about my ability to program this device. What a surprise. It is incredibly user friendly and a snap to program. Works flawlessly and is amazingly versatile.

An excellent choice for entertainment control system. Is superior to the Harmony 900 System that I replaced. Much quicker and more reliable. Integrates nicely with Amazon echo dot.

Using to control my TV and entertainment center. Works great most of the time. It often goes stupid and forgets what it's doing. But it does what I intended it to do.

Geek Squad installed and configured the Harmony remote for us and it's working very well. This is our second Harmony remote and we're happy with both.

A little pricey obviously, but functionality wise it's great. No issues with our receiver, TV, Xbox One X or PS4 Pro. Also super convenient for Hue setups.

Have to get used to the touch screen and what to do with some of the buttons should probably read the manual front to back

I have used this to help automate my home. When using Amazon or Google devices, you can link them to the Elite and automate your home.

Not having to look for all the remote control from all my home theater equipment is awesome, this remote control all of that plus it controls the ceiling lights as well.

The harmony remote was easy to set up. You just have to know the model numbers of the equipment you want it to control.

After upgrading my home theater system with high end components, the Harmony elite was recommended. Just after one year ( just past the warranty) it stopped working, screen went gray and all functions stopped. At the time it was $350, not worth a cent now. I will not use Harmony in the future again.

Technology is a little dated. The web app is not very user friendly. Once you get through the initial set up it works ok. Battery life on the remote should be better than what it is. I spent the better part of the day just trying to get it set up on my WiFi. Turns out it doesn't accept any network name that has special symbols or anything.
