What makes this remote great is not only the fact that it can run your whole entertainment system with one remote, it's the fact that you program it with your cellphone.

Does what it is supposed to do but is not intuitively easy to use.

By far the HARMONY remotes are the best I have used the ultimate so had to try the Harmony Elite Universal Remote, works great support for their products is secound to none

I had a universal remote before and loved it. This one is too sensitive and seems to have a mind of it's own. It works well with bluetooth and can be used with equipment behind solid cabinet doors. The battery needs to be in charge every other day and we only use it about 3-5 hours a day when we watch TV. Very disappointed!

I own three harmony remotes. They get the job done eliminating so many remotes. Very smart and user friendly product. Been a fan of this item since 2005.

This remote is a godsend. I had the old 1100 and it wasn't updating anymore so I bought this one which will go with my Alexa and a lot of different things in the house.

The Remote Control does work, however, it takes time and patience to make it work correctly.

I don't like that the HUB doesn't send out RF signals. Other than that, it is great.

There are lots of options bit setup isn't easy and keeps trying to sync

Solves the problem of too many remote controls for Blue Ray, SoundBar, TV, etc. A bit complicated at first but the Geek Squad geek was terrific in explaining it all to me.
