Relatively easy to configure. Once it it set up and with a little practice, it largely eliminated the 7 remotes that drove my wife very crazy and me a little crazy.

Does an excellent job if you have many systems that need coordination. Though pricy, look for.a sale. Glad that technology has come this far.

Excellent product, easy to setup, easy to use. Should be much less expensive.

Maybe this works for some, but I got no use out of it. it requires so much to do the initial set up that it isn't worth it. Some of it goes smoothly and it lulls you into a false sense of success. About the time you think its gonna be great, it won't connect, won't find a device, etc...

This is by far the best programmable remote for many uses and devices. We currently use this tied to Apple TV, a BluRay, 4K tv and Bose surround sound system.

Upgraded from the Harmony One that I had used for years. This is an awesome upgrade. Simple to setup and very easy to use.

Purchased this about one month ago and control a Yamaha receiver, Tivo Bolt, and projector. Works awesome and we're still finding new useful capabilities and features.

Works great! Sometimes there is a delay, but overall it works great to control the million electronics I have on my entertainment center.

I love it but it’s a complicated device when trying to go between the TV, sound bar, PlayStation, Apple TV, and other devices.

Was hesitant to change from old Harmony to new one bc of all 12 of my video game systems hooked up but works great with Best Buy Geek Squad install

Works well but very complex to set up. The difficult ka understanding what it takes to penetrate closets

Great universal remote that will work through cabinets. Cheaper then other options and can be programmed by the user.

2nd one A must have when you’ve more than 2 remotes. Easy to program simple to use great compatibility

It's great having all the equipment being control in one place. Also that it can be control by Alexa.

I love this remote. It's connected my TV, BOSE, DVR and keeps a record of my favorite stations. I'd had a previous universal but it was way too complicated. It's a keeper!
