The Remote Control does work, however, it takes time and patience to make it work correctly.

Upgraded from the Harmony One that I had used for years. This is an awesome upgrade. Simple to setup and very easy to use.

This remote is a godsend. I had the old 1100 and it wasn't updating anymore so I bought this one which will go with my Alexa and a lot of different things in the house.

I love it but it’s a complicated device when trying to go between the TV, sound bar, PlayStation, Apple TV, and other devices.

Not bad to program and there tech support is helpful. Bad is the two times I called them over a 40 min wait

Great universal remote that will work through cabinets. Cheaper then other options and can be programmed by the user.

Works great! Sometimes there is a delay, but overall it works great to control the million electronics I have on my entertainment center.

Relatively easy to configure. Once it it set up and with a little practice, it largely eliminated the 7 remotes that drove my wife very crazy and me a little crazy.

There are lots of options bit setup isn't easy and keeps trying to sync

Solves the problem of too many remote controls for Blue Ray, SoundBar, TV, etc. A bit complicated at first but the Geek Squad geek was terrific in explaining it all to me.

It works great! I have the ability to control everything with one remote and it’s as easy as just pushing a button.

Was hesitant to change from old Harmony to new one bc of all 12 of my video game systems hooked up but works great with Best Buy Geek Squad install

This is by far the best programmable remote for many uses and devices. We currently use this tied to Apple TV, a BluRay, 4K tv and Bose surround sound system.

I had the prior Harmony model for many years. Seems like it was much easier to use & with less glitches. Although it was 9 years old, I probably should have replaced the battery and kept it, but I was never told by the sales representative that a new battery was an option.

Highly recommend to anyone that has multiple remotes controlling everything. One stop show and very versatile.

Purchased this about one month ago and control a Yamaha receiver, Tivo Bolt, and projector. Works awesome and we're still finding new useful capabilities and features.
