It works great! I have the ability to control everything with one remote and it’s as easy as just pushing a button.

Highly recommend to anyone that has multiple remotes controlling everything. One stop show and very versatile.

It's the best all in one remote I've used. I have used a Harmony and no other remote beats this one.

The Remote Control does work, however, it takes time and patience to make it work correctly.

Logitech provides excellent support when you are having any issues with their Universal Remote device.

In the middle of a remodel. I decided to create a central av control station. This upgrade simplified most issues surrounding control of multiple devices in several rooms.

Works great! Sometimes there is a delay, but overall it works great to control the million electronics I have on my entertainment center.

I gave it 3 stars because I would prefer larger volume and channel buttons. Also I am not a fan of swiping the screen ,I like basic remote control with decent access buttons. Then what I really do not like is that the remote is a sealed unit you can not change the battery, once gone it has to go to the factory or I guess you ditch it. Not too good for the price of these remotes.

What makes this remote great is not only the fact that it can run your whole entertainment system with one remote, it's the fact that you program it with your cellphone.

This is my second Harmony device. Ease of use and comfort for whole family use make this product ideal.

By far the HARMONY remotes are the best I have used the ultimate so had to try the Harmony Elite Universal Remote, works great support for their products is secound to none

This remote is a godsend. I had the old 1100 and it wasn't updating anymore so I bought this one which will go with my Alexa and a lot of different things in the house.

I had such high hopes for this. I have SmartTVs, entertainment systems, Sonos systems, Lifx bulbs, some smart switches.. nothing too fancy at the time. This remote did work will all the products, that was about the only good thing. Changing the default volume was a mess, making it difficult to change the volume.. but that wasn't the biggest deal, the biggest deal was the constant "syncing". Pick up the remote to change the channel? Wait 3 - 5 seconds for a sync first. Not almost, but way more frequently seems necessary, and definitely a pain. Second, biggest complaint was the screen quality. Its like this thing has 128 colors or something. Not very good or friendly for adjusting Lifx lights. Response time was slow and felt like the feature was added with minimal functionality to tick the box saying it works with Lifx. With the screen quality though, you won't get good lighting control with any multi color bulb. Its 2020.. shouldn't have to wait to sync when you want to do something, that should run in the background. Third complaint is that the UI is generally slow. Moving from menu to menu (which there are lots to go through to do simple things) leaves you waiting in anticipation of the next screen. This is a great concept, but I returned mine. I wanted to love it, but I'd rather deal with several remotes and/or Alexa.

Not bad to program and there tech support is helpful. Bad is the two times I called them over a 40 min wait

Was hesitant to change from old Harmony to new one bc of all 12 of my video game systems hooked up but works great with Best Buy Geek Squad install

The Harmony hub and remote was very easy to program and replaces 5 different remotes. I utilized an iPad to complete the setup.

Excellent product. Able to control several devices with one control. Easy to use, once programmed. Very reliable.
