I needed to have the geek squad come and set up the control too difficult for me to do on my own

The Harmony hub and remote was very easy to program and replaces 5 different remotes. I utilized an iPad to complete the setup.

Loving my remote. It is easy to use and has all the features needed to control my home theater setup.

Logitech provides excellent support when you are having any issues with their Universal Remote device.

The buttons are a little awkward to use. Really like the backlit buttons.

I had such high hopes for this. I have SmartTVs, entertainment systems, Sonos systems, Lifx bulbs, some smart switches.. nothing too fancy at the time. This remote did work will all the products, that was about the only good thing. Changing the default volume was a mess, making it difficult to change the volume.. but that wasn't the biggest deal, the biggest deal was the constant "syncing". Pick up the remote to change the channel? Wait 3 - 5 seconds for a sync first. Not almost, but way more frequently seems necessary, and definitely a pain. Second, biggest complaint was the screen quality. Its like this thing has 128 colors or something. Not very good or friendly for adjusting Lifx lights. Response time was slow and felt like the feature was added with minimal functionality to tick the box saying it works with Lifx. With the screen quality though, you won't get good lighting control with any multi color bulb. Its 2020.. shouldn't have to wait to sync when you want to do something, that should run in the background. Third complaint is that the UI is generally slow. Moving from menu to menu (which there are lots to go through to do simple things) leaves you waiting in anticipation of the next screen. This is a great concept, but I returned mine. I wanted to love it, but I'd rather deal with several remotes and/or Alexa.

little pricey, but works well, easy to setup, and have IR blasts x 2. pair with echo, works great.

It's great having all the equipment being control in one place. Also that it can be control by Alexa.

Very easy to use. Set-up was confusing so I would suggest letting Best Buy come out and get it going for you if you have more then one device.

I hate dealing with multiple remotes to do 1 activity. This is the perfect solution. Easy setup is a plus. Definitely getting 1 for my son.

I love this remote. It's connected my TV, BOSE, DVR and keeps a record of my favorite stations. I'd had a previous universal but it was way too complicated. It's a keeper!

This is a great universal remote and allowed us to go from 5 separate remotes to 1.

Easy to use and program. The blasters work well. Love it that equipment can be controlled behind cabinets.

This remote is a must have. pricey but worth it. Brings everything together. MNy wife finds it easy to use and she is not tech savvy at all. Glad i got it.

I love this remote control. It is so awesome to have just one not multiple remotes. Makes things a whole lot easier and less clutteted.

Even I can operate this user friendly gadget...no need to call my son in to help. The swipe screen is very interactive and makes switching between applications a breeze.
