Works on all my equipment which is hidden behind the wall. Touch screen is a tad too sensitive but I got used to it

I use this remote to control everything from my tv to my sonos. It may be a bit pricey but it's totally worth it. You can also integrate it with Alexa using ifttt.

Great remote. I've been using harmony for years and this remote is a great addition to what I already had.

Works like previous Harmony devices. A little tricky lining up the IR transmitters. Otherwise, easy peasy.

The remote is hard to program, and the control on the iPad/iPhone app are listed in alphabetical order and, with my complicated receiver, almost impossible to decode. It works, but not intuitively The touchscreen on the physical remote is more confusing than useful and Logitec’s cheaper models would do the job for most users, me included.

Easy to set up on your computer and update as required. I now have three of these and love the ease of operation and consistency they provide.

Great remote controls all devices and activities as it should to bad they shut down harmony

Overall it’s a fair remote, although there’s really no reason for a remote control to require an internet connection. It’s not as versatile as my older Harmony remote which did not require an internet connection and also allowed each button to be reconfigured. It’s definitely not worth the hefty price tag.
