The remote is hard to program, and the control on the iPad/iPhone app are listed in alphabetical order and, with my complicated receiver, almost impossible to decode. It works, but not intuitively The touchscreen on the physical remote is more confusing than useful and Logitec’s cheaper models would do the job for most users, me included.

Of the three universal remotes I have owned, this is the best by far. Great features with simple operation. Good battery life thus far.

Intuitive to use, works through cabinet doors. Only downside is how often battery needs to be charged

Easy to set up on your computer and update as required. I now have three of these and love the ease of operation and consistency they provide.

Awesome remote it controls everything I have in my theater and house. Also controls my Lutron dimmers and will control my heat when I get the nest thermostat!

Have all my electronics in a closet across the room and 4K TV in main area - Awesome solution to control "ALL" of your devices...!

Love this remote easy to use. Programming was done by my tech guy, it seemed easy for him. It has easy to use features.

it is nice not having to find the 7 remotes for my system, instead I now have just one that controls everything

Overall it’s a bit complicated. The geeks connected it up to my tv and stereo system, and various Sonos speakers along with a woofer. I feel it doesn’t keep a long enough charge. I don’t use it that much so I can’t see how the battery drains so fast.

Im an AV installer who have done 100's of remotes and these are so incredible with what all they can do!

this is my second Harmony Elite and find them to be extremely reliable and easy to handle.

It’s expensive. But, absolutely perfect. Very easy setup and the hub/extra repeaters make it work flawlessly.

Overall it’s a fair remote, although there’s really no reason for a remote control to require an internet connection. It’s not as versatile as my older Harmony remote which did not require an internet connection and also allowed each button to be reconfigured. It’s definitely not worth the hefty price tag.

Setup was tricky, but well worth the effort. Now my wife can control everything herself with one remote and no confusion. Highly recommend.

Harmony app made setup a breeze having a previous remote. Buttons and button layout are better than the harmony one ultimate it replaced. Overall very satisfied.

The remote works fine for integrating all the components of my home theater room (Projector, Screen, Receiver, AppleTV, BluRay, Xbox) but it requires professional programming for all but the highest level techies. Geek Squad programmed mine and even they have not been able to get it to work correctly with Alexa.
