Great remote. I've been using harmony for years and this remote is a great addition to what I already had.

Works like previous Harmony devices. A little tricky lining up the IR transmitters. Otherwise, easy peasy.

I used to have 3 remotes for my entertainment system. Consolidating to 1 is awesome. Being able to set a home channel as well as favorites is a nice thing as well.

really helps to avoid lot of remotes .takes knowledge & time to program (maybe same costumers gonna need help to program ) .but then easy use

I'm able to turn on all of my home theater equipment with one button. Also from the app on my tablet.

Now that my devices are loaded, I hardly use the remote anymore. I have it paired with Amazon Alexa and I can do what I need with voice commands. Pretty cool.

this is a great remote. User friendly and simple vs the last one I had installed for my theater room.

This can be frustrating to use if not explained fully since no instructions in the box. My tech explained everything and more !!
